My son’s prescription was ready for pickup, but I accidentally transferred it to another pharmacy online. The clerk at the counter kindly tried to see if someone could assist with transferring it back. While he was asking for help, I overheard the staff member in the back say, “I’m off in 10 minutes, she’ll have to call them. I’m not doing that.” Hearing that was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering this medication is necessary to prevent my son’s seizures.

I placed a photo pick up order which was supposed to be ready within one hour and when they finally sent the ready for pick up text 5 hours later I immediately left my apartment to go pick up and they were closed already. Absolutely ridiculous.

The pharmacy staff at CVS refuses to bill insulin that is used in an insulin pump to Medicare Part B. Per Medicare, the insulin used in an insulin pump is to be billed as Durable Medical Equipment, to Medicare Part B, and it is paid at 100%, no copay. My Endocrinologist writes those insutructions on the RX, yet the staff in the CVS pharmacy refuses to bill the insulin through Medicare Part B. They tell me they bill it to my pharmacy benefit, and that causes me to pay a high co pay, easier for them, a hardship for me.

Pharmacy was not helpful and waited an hour to tell us they could not help and where to go. We went there and then they told us to go back. We went back and they were closed. We tried to call and the person that answered was not helpful and told us we had to call back through ai.

Closes at 10pm. Manager needs to be sacked at this store. Literally every time I go in, the line is 20 people deep at the pharmacy. Its uncanny or terrible staffing. Update: 6 months later. Still in line… 8th..
