I can not continue to ignore the obvious disrespect from some of the employees at this store. The micro aggressions, being "helped" by ppl who seem to have an attitude when I'm trying to pay for my items, but their cheerful when it's someone that looks like them. Supposedly not having the appropriate size bags for me to put my feminine items in... I had to walk out carrying them in my arms like seriously you all don't stay fully stocked on bags.... Waiting in line while the tech and a patient who already picked up their meds just linger and talk for an extended amount of time while I'm standing their in pain waiting to pick up my medication that has been filled. This may seem foolish, but as someone who has dealt with nonsense all of my life due to being born a complexion many tend to pay for, I've notice that they never speak or acknowledge those that look like me when we walk into the store. But they greet and welcome everyone else without a problem. Whether they're restocking shelves, helping another customer, having their backs turned, etc. They'll find a way to greet those who look like them with no issues. Sorry, but you all do realize that they're many ppl of different backgrounds that walk this earth. If you're going to work in any customer service, you must remove the micro aggressions, racial profiling, and just being plain ignorant and narrow minded. The stereotyping along with the disrespect is sad and ridiculous. No amount of course taking while on the job can help someone learn how to stuff their negative biases deep down before they clock into work. This is just who they are, and i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

First, I witnessed what appeared to be racial profiling by an employee named Terry. She told another associate that four or five young Black men outside the store had not paid for a Sprite and that she was going to confront them. She went outside to accuse them, then came back and admitted they did not even have a drink. The fact that she assumed theft and took time to confront them, especially when the store claims to be busy, was inappropriate and embarrassing. It was uncomfortable to watch and reflected poorly on the store. Second, I had a serious issue with my photo order. I received notification that my printed canvases were ready. When I arrived, I was told they were not ready and had actually been cancelled. No one called to inform me. I ordered five canvases and still have not received the products or a refund. When I asked how to cancel properly and get a refund, I was told to call a 1-800 number, but the employee would not provide the number. I asked for the store manager’s name and was told they did not have to give it to me. Only after I said I would contact the district manager was I given the name Cindy Reynosa. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Between the racial profiling incident and the mishandling of my order and refund, this was a very poor experience. I expect a refund for the products I never received and accountability for how customers are being treated

Great store. Everyone is very friendly. There might be one person that might look like she hates the world, but I think she's friendly too. Not really sure because I don't interact with her much, but she seems nice. Other than that Everyone is fantastically Friendly and very helpful.

Pharmacy staff are great. Very helpful. Store staff can be a bit more informative w/customers. Will still go to this store.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a pharmacy and been treated so poorly as I was by the manager Fong. He refused to fill my mother's medication, saying that even though it had been 30 days since it was last filled, she "should have some left" because the pharmacy had been filling her prescription early WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE for months. This is a prescription that cannot be filled early and it is illegal to do so. He then had the nerve to say that it had been filled early "because she called and begged". This was obviously not true, but is also impossible unless the pharmacists there were breaking the law, which seems to be the case. Besides all that, it was a horrible comment to make and she has only ever called to ask when her prescription will be ready as she cannot drive and needs someone else to pick it up for her. The disrespect he directed towards my mother, who has multiple horrible medical problems, is something I have never seen and should not be tolerated. Fong and his pharmacists have been breaking the law and no one who treats someone with such disrespect should be working as a pharmacist, let alone be a manager.
