I love this store but OMG the drive thru really needs to step it up!! Waiting over 30 mins in the drive thru especially with kids in the car and it’s hot outside like come on. The drive thru is suppose to be convenient and fast when you’re not trying to wait inside which is much worse!! I don’t know what’s happened but they were never this slow!! Very disappointed. Mind you there were about 10 other cars behind me by the time I got to the window.. & the person at the drive thru wasn’t even friendly and just very slow at doing her job it literally took her like 10 to 15 mins per customer!!! It was ridiculous!! This was about 11:30am 3/17/2026

Photo department is incredibly poorly run. After ordering photos that should have been done in hour, I showed up 4 hours later to find that no one had booted up the machine from the day. As I didn't have time to wait 30+ minutes for them to handle it, I opted to come back later. 2 hours later, my order was still not fulfilled. Not only did I have to wait 10+ minutes to be helped at the register, but an employee clicked a button and walked away from the machine, reassuring me "they would print". They did not. So I waited even longer. Suffice to say, this photo department is incredibly poorly run, and as someone who worked at a CVS previously, this service is very disappointing. Not fulfilling orders, or even turning on the machine until the person shows up is asinine.

I go there to pick up medications for me and my family everyone there is pretty Sharp the line is long in the Drive-Thru it's best just to go in pretty Smiles in fast service...top notch

Shift Supervisor Cynthia is an excellent example of what leadership and service should be. She listened to my "dilemma", quickly started to find a resolution, and arrived and not only the "solution" but did so in a naturally courteous and kind manner.
