I only gave it two stars because the store is always clean and they have great employees in the front. But as far as the pharmacy goes, I would advise you to pick a different one because I myself and a few family members that go here and they always mess with us constantly. They tell you that they’re gonna call and get your medication that you absolutely have to have because you could withdraw off of it. My mom could die off one of the medication’s that she doesn’t have and they tell you oh it’s not available so we’ll order it. You call the next day to make sure it was ordered or even three days ahead of time to make sure that it’s there by the time you need your refill and they say oh it was never ordered. What do you mean? It was never ordered. I just talked to someone. Well we’re gonna have to order it. They’re rude never have ur meds on time sometimes the pharmacist will even say that he’s not gonna refill one of your medication’s because he’s not comfortable with it even though you’ve been taking the same medication for 17 years like he’s a doctor and not a pharmacist. I hope they change how they do things and if it wasn’t so conveniently close to my house, I would’ve already switched somewhere else

Edit: Steven is honestly amazing. I called back the following morning and he was so great at offering solutions to help rather than make me feel like I was the problem. I appreciate him! The front employees are great but the supervisors are honestly very unprofessional. I have had 2 encounters with 2 separate supervisors regarding orders and the lack of sympathy and willingness to help for the inconveniences that were the stores fault is ridiculous. Not once did either even apologize for the inconvenience. The solutions offered caused more work on my end to figure out then them stepping up to offer support for the situations. The two star rating is for the 2 associates who are fabulous and have great customer service. The supervisors could learn a thing or two from them honestly.

They are one of those companies that are hiring less and less people so if you really need some help you will have to wait The same person is stalking the shelves as is in the pharmacy as in who will check you out. No just kidding the pharmacy is a different department and they are usually good if you want to ask questions. They need to differentiate between the hours of the store and the hours of the pharmacy they never do that. And it's hard to find out the pharmacy hours over the phone or through Google many times I need the pharmacy and the store is open but the pharmacy is not. On the store floor many times you can't even find the employee which is not their fault they're working way off in the far corner stalking shelves and they're supposed to do check out as well it's absolutely ridiculous that behemoth company like this would be so cheap with their employees. it's actually sick. For the first time I went through the long process of trying to fill out a customer service form with CVS the app is broken clunky and malfunctioning adding to the typical CVS frustration. The upper management doesn't even know what it's like to be in one of their stores. This is happening all over the country where they're trying to maximize profits for their shareholders but doing not much for their customers. A very short-sighted company strategy.

Editing Feb 2026: I have been back a few times since my original review and have found inventory to be much better. I guess don't go at the end of the year?? Upping my review from 2 to 4 stars, and will avoid this store in December. Where's all the inventory?? Was in today to stock up on some cold & flu supplies & grab some makeup. The shelves were SO EMPTY! Had to go somewhere else for cough medicine & cough drops. And makeup selection is just abysmal. I don't know if they're trying to limit their year end inventory counting or what, but yeah, pretty sad shelves.

Came here at 9:55pm and the front door was already locked. Website said its open until midnight, sign on store says 10pm. After double-checking time that it just turned 9:58, the lady was already re-locking the door after letting a customer out, then now it's 9:59 and she claimed she couldn't let me in to get my 1 item (cold meds) because her "register is locked." What a liar, another customer just walked out with a purchase later at 10:08! Very upset about the clerk lying so she can get home earlier. When you say you are open until 10pm you should stay open until 10 pm,people rely on it and I planned my shopping route accordingly. Not cool.
