I understand businesses need lunch breaks, but this experience was frustrating. The sign stated they were closed from 1:30–2:00 PM, yet staff was still helping a customer at 1:40 PM while others were asked to wait. The gate didn’t reopen until 2:07 PM, and an associate wasn’t available until 2:08 PM. My transaction would have taken less than a minute, but I ended up waiting about 28 minutes. Consistency with posted hours would really improve the customer experience.

Why are cvs pharmacy employees have zero customer service skills. This excludes all the pharmacist. But pretty much every single person that every time I drove through to pick up medication is always so angry. No Hi or Thank You. If they’re not happy with their job then they should find a different profession.

This is to the corporation. Not the pharmacy staff. When patients call, we want to talk to a real person. Not a "virtual assistant" who goes round and round with the questions and does its best to prevent you from talking to an actual human being. CVS, you've made things worse for the customer. Not better.

CVS makes getting your vaccinations easy! The pharmacists are top-notch! I hate shots but they are pros at delivering them and make it as painless as possible. We are always walk-ins without appointments and the they get us in and out quickly.

The store itself is wonderful but the outside is full of trash in such a nice neighborhood. The manager should be fired for allowing it to stay this way. Surely he or she walks past the trash to get into the store!!!
