Drew Some 10 months agoRequested prescription, was told they didn’t have medication in stock. Requested prescription transfer, was told they in fact did have and would be ready in an hour. Called 3 hours later and was told it was put on hold because of cost(no one from CVS contacted me about this). Told them to fill it anyways. Went to pick up and was told they didn’t have in stock…. Asked Doug the Pharmacy manager for an explanation, big mistake. He repeatedly interrupted me. Wouldn’t listen. When I asked him to stop interrupting me, he sarcastically started saying “ I didn’t interrupt you, you interrupted me.” He was acting like a toddler. He offered no apology or explanation for the delay. Doug the pharmacy manager was being intentionally sarcastic and unhelpful. No professionalism from this pharmacy.
Chris Diaz 10 months agoI know pharmacy services can sometimes face delays given how high the demand for medication is, but I want to focus on the positive side of my experience at this CVS. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by three smiling faces—Kelly, Kerra, and Taralle—who immediately made me feel welcomed and important. They even included me in a lighthearted conversation they were having, which truly brightened my day. It’s rare to see employees so genuinely happy at work, and when I do, I believe it deserves recognition. These three are some of the most amazing, uplifting employees I’ve ever met. Their positive energy is exactly what makes me want to keep coming back as a customer. Keep it up! Chris
Yessenia Carr a year agoWent to pick up my prescription this morning & was greeted by a pharmacist, who was immediately rude off the bat. He then asked me if I was going through health insurance and I gave him my card. He then tried to argue with me claiming that it was a life insurance card because my insurance company is called “Philadelphia American Life Insurance Company” and very rudely stated that’s going to be $116 rather than trying to look up the insurance. I got a prescription at this same pharmacy 2 months ago and had absolutely no problems, because that is indeed my health insurance card. I have used this card at my PCP, OBGYN, and even the ER & no one has ever given me any problems. I got this prescription prescribed because I am pregnant and have been having really bad morning sickness, which made the experience all the more frustrating. Maybe be a little patient with your customers because you never know what people are going through. I will never be back to this pharmacy & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
Jamie Keitherland 2 years agoGrossed out the pharmacist yelled at a young Hispanic man who had tattoos and stuff but that doesn't mean he needs to break his character and stop being professional but he spoke down to me. I'm mentally disabled. And he was screaming at me and threatened to take me off my spinal cord injury medication. I'm so upset he mad3 me feel like im worthless. Like im trash. He was so rude and violent I've never had this happen ever and I've gone here since it was built. I'm a lifelong member of this community lived on recker since 1987 since Quicktrip was 7 eleven but this man was disgusting. He actually seemed like he was under the influence and I smelled an odor of alcohol on him. I'm not sure how this works but he needs to be checked tested watched. If pills are missing or if something is going on I bet it is this guy who I've never met in my entire life. I told him I'm smi he told me name my meds I told him I don't know the name. He kept screaming tell me the name tell me. I never will fill my medicine here agai. And I personally want to talk to this man outside of work. Because this is far beyond cvs he crossed the line. And I'm not letting it go.
Debby Kepp 9 months agoI came to CV s to get augmented for my daughter.Who was in the last night very ill with strep throat and an abccess and the pharmacy team was gonna send me away saying they couldn't get it. They didn't know when they were gonna get it in. When Sarah the pharmacist heard this, she came to my aid and quickly called the hospital and got this handled right away. She is an asset to CVS.
