10 STARS 🌟 goes to the CVS STR# 9218 @ 1137 S. Dobson Rd. Mesa AZ. Everyone here has been great, and I don’t say that lightly. I’m constantly going back and forth between doctor’s appointments to stay on top of my health for my daughter, so it really means a lot to come to a pharmacy where I don’t have to worry about service. I especially want to recognize 4 staff members, Caressa, Zahara, Bre, and Jordan. I could honestly write something great about each of them, but in a nutshell, they consistently go above and beyond. They know me by name, they bring a positive attitude, and they even take the time to share a laugh with me (including my corny dad jokes). I understand everyone has tough days and no one is perfect, but you would never be able to tell here. Their professionalism and care truly stand out. To be completely honest, I would travel 20 miles just to come to this CVS if I had to. I usually rely on non-medical transportation to get to my appointments and pick up prescriptions, so that says a lot. This has been one of the best pharmacy experiences I’ve had, and I truly appreciate the entire team.

CVS personnel at the store we use, and it is not the most convenient to us, have always been friendly, helpful, supportive of my mobility limitations. Caressa, the Pharmacist is a most enjoyable individual to enteract with.

CVS pharmacy on S Dobson is my go to for my prescriptions and other needs. The staff is professional and friendly. Caressa the Pharmacist always greats me by name and goes out of her way to help me. She's a True asset to your company.

The CVS on Southern and Dobson is the best one in the Valley and that's just my opinion, give it a try if you live in the area and hopefully you will share my same opinion, thank you Caressa Thornton you are an awesome pharmacist 💯

Went to CVS to grab some items and my daughter had to use the restroom. So I walked up to the cashier and asked if we could use the restroom. She audibly sighed. Set her phone down harshly. And got up and walked toward the bathroom. I said thank you and appreciate it and was very kind. But she was incredibly put out. Also no soap.
