Greg, the pharmacist, was very professional and helpful while coordinating a prescription transfer from an out-of-state pharmacy. He was attentive to my concerns and communicated quickly and clearly about how to resolve issues between the insurance company and the pharmacy. He provided excellent customer service, and I hope he receives this positive review.

This location is typically good, but this recent week I had an encounter with 2 workers who were a bit demeaning & rude when I was asking why my prescription wasn’t in when they said it would be. I understand issues arise with prescriptions, and there may be delays, but absolutely no need to be rude. Made me feel very unwelcome. An associate said “I can only do so much on this computer” then pointed me to another worker who was a bit nicer but still didn’t feel quite right. It felt like I was annoying them by asking questions, made me just want to leave.

I hate leaving bad reviews for places I enjoy. But why are we hiring people that do not like their jobs?, (I'm assuming half African American half white) girl that works the counter at CVS. The first couple times I let it slide but when you go to pick up your medicine and the first thing you see is a frowning face that is miserable to help you, it makes the experience not enjoyable. I drive miles out of my way to come to this location because they were always the best but I'm questioning whether it's worth coming here now. It's not just me because I have seen other reviews and I see how she treats people in line. She starts with a frown and ends with a frown and never says anything polite. No "have a good day" or "hi how can I help you today". It's always "do you have a barcode" or "what's your name". Ugh.

I always feel like a Rock Star when I walk up to the counter at CVS because the Pharmacy Tech knows exactly who I am and knows that I am there to either pick up my meds, my spouse's meds or both. They are all warm and friendly and they always greet you with a smile. They are the best staff, and they truly care about their customers.

I consistently receive outstanding service at this CVS inside Target, thanks to two exceptional staff members. Pharmacist Gregory B. Thompson is always incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I also want to highlight pharmacy technician Pablo Barrios, who does an amazing job administering vaccinations with no discomfort. I always make sure to request him for my vaccines because of his skill and gentle touch. Highly recommend both of them for their excellent care!
