I love my local CVS. All teams are helpful and friendly. I mostly use the pharmacy and have my Rx's delivered. The pharmacist & team are great. And when I shop for OTC items in the store or online the service is outstanding. Thanks!

What the hell you can no longer speak to a person. I have called a dozen time. And left several messages and no return calls.. this will make people switch. I do not want AI I want a real person. There’s no 800 number anymore. This is stupid right now I am so pissed off because I can’t talk to anybody.

Ryan at Brown and Recker has gone out of his way again to straighten out a confusing situation by personal contacting a Dr Re my meds. He is very conscientious and is one of the reasons I continue to go to CVS.

No percentage off coupons anymore so it makes it difficult to buy anything that isn’t 40% higher then Walmart. Spent a couple thousand dollars at CVS last year without coupons I might spend $100 this year because I have to use up my $10 CVS money each month.

The manager here is extremely unpleasant to put it nicely. Now I understand why the employees seem miserable sometimes if that was my manager I would hate my job to.
