BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never ever even step foot in a CVS and I’m making it my mission to tell everyone I know to stay very very far away. At first I thought my the pharmacist Kip or Kit had a personal issue with me had a slight god complex because he has a pharmacy license, which he certainly does( sorry your not a real doctor ) and thinks it’s his mission in life to mess with people’s health. Since my horrible experience multiple times over the past few weeks I’ve made it my mission to let all my providers know how he acts and how he feels he can dictate who does and doesn’t get their medications, not surprisingly I’ve heard stories since being vocal of people being with held their birth control, mental health meds, antibiotics, and pain meds. I certainly understand protecting one’s “license” but I must ask is CVS prepared to start paying child support due to pregnancies because of his medical judgement, or hospital visits when one’s much needed medication is denied with no contact to the patient or their care prescriber? I’ve heard horror stories from actual patient and providers. Unless your willing to risk you life,health and safety take you business down the street to any different pharmacy. On top of that their phone system never lets you talk to anyone, the team at the pharmacy act like when he’s around the area scared and degraded and seem aware of the issue. He him self can’t be bothered to call a patient and actually speak to them instead just makes poor judgement Calls. I’ve spoken to CVS corporate and nothing and all I’m expecting is a generic response to this but I hope people read this and think twice about using them. I would hate for them to end up losing a loved one, being hospitalized, or pregnant. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO SPREAD THE WORD IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ANY ISSUES.

I love this store! Every time I enter the store I’m greeted and the other night I was checking out using the auto cashier and it would not accept my dollar bill. So a team member stopped what she was doing and came to help without asking. She ended up swapping my money for another from a cash register and then I was on my way. She was very nice and helpful. Also, today I needed a prescription filled very urgent and the pharmacy members helped me right away and filled it as quick as they could. They don’t realize how much they helped me today. I’ve been coming here for at least a year and have never had any problems. I recommend this store and pharmacy all the time. Thank you guys so much!

Horrible Pharmacy! Clearly they're on the verge of going out of business. Been with these guys for 8+yrs now at this location and I've watched the service continuously decline, their hours constantly getting shortened more and more to where it's rarely open. The techs inside are extremely unfriendly, scowling at you even when you're friendly to them- they always seem angry and annoyed to have to be working... NOW you can't even speak to a pharmacist anymore when you call! They force you to leave a voicemail.... I've left 3 voicemails for something critical in the last 2 weeks and I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE RETURNED CALL! Screw this CVS. I can't wait for it to close down. There's a walgreen's 1mi down the road- Trust me! Switch your prescriptions there! You'll be much happier!

Finally had it with this store. Using this pharmacy for 10+ years and it has just gotten worse and worse. Trying to navigate a new medicine that has a coupon and when we asked the tech if he could apply the coupon he got very huffy and snotty to my husband. We will be moving on to a pharmacy with kinder and more compassionate staff (you are dealing with sick people and their caregivers), and a cleaner more well-kept facility.

Scheduled an appointment online at this location. Had to put in my credit card information and all my personal information. I show up for the appointment and they say they don't do appointments at this location. Pharmacist was less than helpful to say it nicely. I went back and double checked. I did everything according to their website correctly. This company sucks.
