employee yelled at my friend over the store speaker for simply askinf for help. she pressed the call help button bc she needed help getting a makeup product out of the case, we were waiting for 10 minutes before anyone came so we pressed again and the employee rudely yelled at her for pressing again... will not be coming back here how can one treat their customers this way cvs on apache will not be getting my business anymore very disappointed

I had one of the most unnecessarily hostile customer service experiences at this CVS. I walked up to the checkout counter and no one was there. The barcode scanner was sitting on the counter facing me, so while waiting for the clerk to return, I scanned my items without touching the scanner — just to save time. When the clerk and manager came back, I calmly explained what I had done. The clerk didn’t care at all. The manager, however, immediately jumped in with an aggressive tone saying, “You can’t do that, you’re not allowed to touch the scanner.” I explained that I didn’t touch it. Her response? “I don’t care, you can’t do that.” I told her it really wasn’t that deep and that I’d probably do the same thing again if left waiting in a similar circumstance. Instead of handling it professionally, she escalated the situation and told me, “Well then you are not welcome back to this store. Do not come back again.” Over scanning items while waiting at an empty counter. If she had simply asked nicely or explained store policy, I would’ve apologized immediately. Instead, she chose to be rude, confrontational, and completely over-the-top about something minor. Banning a customer over this is absurd. Retail managers should know how to de-escalate situations — not create them.

This review is for Minute Clinic Only. Please STOP writing WALK INs ARE WELCOME, IT IS A SCAM!!!! Two doctors were available on site and there were no patients inside their room. They chit chatted laughed etc and went to their rooms, sat there idle for 30 mins until the next appointment patient came in. They could have easily seen a walk in patient (they were anyway taking 5mins to see a patient). Why would you guys do that? After a 100 mins wait time, they said “oh we just want you to know it’s not guaranteed you will be seen today.” What about those 30 mins you spent in your rooms with no patients inside? I understand priority is given to patients with appointments but when there are no patients, then walk ins patients should be seen right? Plus so much attitude, its a nobel profession you guys, act like you care atleast.

The pharmacy staff at this location are so rude and miserable. They act like you’re ruining their day. I have been here over a dozen times and it is always terrible. It’s always the same staff too. Hopefully they can learn how to be professionals and act like they don’t hate every second of the day.

Got lowkey scammed at the photo studio here. I asked for a photo and a few copies. Instead of charging me for the photo processing service and for the copies, they processed each copy as a separate photo taken, which meant I was charged $100 when it should've cost $35. And the photo sucked so I couldn't even use it. I suggest you go down to the Staples half a mile away and get great photos for much cheaper.
