I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this CVS location. As a paying, repeat customer who has shopped here regularly, I was treated with disrespect and prejudice by a staff member. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called on me despite the fact that I was a legitimate customer conducting business. I felt unfairly targeted and judged without cause. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome, embarrassed, or discriminated against while shopping. The lack of professionalism and respect shown was unacceptable and has seriously damaged my trust in this store. I hope CVS management investigates this incident thoroughly and takes appropriate action to ensure all customers are treated fairly, respectfully, and equally regardless of their background. Until then, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

I have experienced CVS' high standards for customer service in their stores and especially the pharmacies throughout the country (and especially so at my home store in Oak Park, IL). This store's pharmacy takes it to another level. On my visit today, all the staff was hopping, but they attended the in store counter very well and got my pet order transferred from IL right away. My regrets I didn't get names to shout out here, but it really is a team!

Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. And I’ve used them all. The employees are fantastic and I never have to wait too long for a call/or my prescription itself. I intentionally drive from Peoria to Tempe because I like this place.

very rude associate tonight i came in to do a ubereats order and the app asked me to have a cashier scan the code so i wait in line and as soon as i get to the front of line with the cashier first thing he says is “you could’ve did this through self check out” why are you so damn rude like damn it was only one person ahead of me and your trying to correct me for what? doing my job . I’m so sick of arizona

This CVS location is one of the best! It’s not my CVS pharmacy, where I get my RXs, but I stopped in there the other day to pick up a Doordash order and a young woman named Tisha helped me S0 much. She was so knowledgeable about where everything in the store was located and went out of her way to help me. I wish every retail store had such excelled customer service—CVS is lucky to have an employee like her. Yay Trish!
