Every single person at this pharmacy is so kind and helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to fix issues and make sense of things. I always recommend this pharmacy. And when Zahara is there, I feel extra lucky because she is so fun.

I love my CVS. My cashier was absolutely great. Her help and patience ment more than she knows and a nice smile. Thank you

Good convenient location to many neighborhoods. Abundance of parking. Although, watch when it rains the backside may puddle up somewhat. There is no drive thru. Big store, friendly staff eager to help.

My friend had a prescription called in from a Dr office that was intentionally put in the wrong name. The name they used was attached to sexual harassment. When she arrived to pick up her prescription she gave them her insurance cards and I'd with her legal name. When they handed her the prescription she refused to take the prescription due to it being in the wrong name. CVS refused to make the change stating that the Dr office called and informed them to place the prescription in that name and refused to make the change. The same person that called from the Dr office was the same person that harassed bullied her. Why would CVS participate in the abusive behavior of some psychopath working at the Dr office?Plus the sold an opiate to someone that their insurance didn't match the name on the prescription. Isn't that illegal? My friend did have a witness to this issue. In response to CVS referring me to customer service - a message was already sent to them with no response! We are again, requesting a copy of the prescription sent to CVS and to have the name on the prescription changed to the legal name. Thank you. We want to update this review as I just listened to the Manager, Carrissa total disrespect and make excuses for the deliberate and harassing issue of putting the wrong name and address on her medication. Fraud? Identity theft? She stated that if my friend had told her that it was the wrong name she would have fixed it. Carissa even stated she remembered the incident and that she had a health advocate with her. My friend stated yes and we stood there and told you numerous times to make the change at which time Carissa refused to and stated that the Dr office said it had to be in that name. And, that Patti and Patricia is the same name and person. WOW. There are over 125 people with the same name in just Ca. Only. My friend didn't have the chance to express that the persons name and address she put on her prescription was temporarily living in Mesa Arizona and affiliated with on going identity fraud, theft and harassment and an ongoing investigation of which Carissa is clearly apart of the problem. The previous call to CVS the pharmacy lady told my friend to contact the police. After that call my friend is calling the police in both states. She also tried to tell Carrissa that she will never use cvs ever again. But, again, Carissa was talking over her and she couldn't get a word in. This behavior is a clear sign of guilt and abusive harassment of a senior as well as mental instability. This person should not be working with people or in the pharmacy. I recommended to my friend to go over her head to corporate as well as contacting police. Also, my friend again asked Carissa for a copy of the original unaltered prescription that was sent in requesting it be emailed to her, however, again Carissa denied her. It is our understanding that patients have a legal right to receive an unaltered original copy of their prescription.

Went to what would seem to be a pretty quick and easy pick up of my prescriptions. I was told I didn’t have any prescriptions by Will and quickly turned away. Knowing I had just received the text, I told Will I had definitely received the text. After checking again, he checked me out and the insurance hadn't covered two prescriptions, but he stated it was because California Insurance is only accepted in California, not in Arizona, and he was adamant about that. After receiving help from a different associate, Will proceeded to check me out. I politely gave will some advice on being a bit kinder to customers. I understand having a bad day, but there are tons of pharmacies to go to if he is going to have such a horrible attitude. He wasn't receptive to my advice and was combative. I quickly understood Will wasn't taking the constructive criticism and I decided to put in this survey. Please do better. We spend a lot of money here and deserve good service. Thank you.
