This CVS is alright has your basic need items but not the top pick for myself or my influencal better half. The products are not the best but they do have sales on PopTarts on a regular basis. Lastly the staff is not great but they are a 24 hour location so I would not expect the staff the be terribly welcoming.

Just went in because it's advertised as the only 24 hour pharmacy around. Stood in line and got up to the counter and ask the gentleman if they took my insurance and he literally tossed my scripts back over the counter and said "no Walgreens is across the street. ". I get it's busy, I can even understand hating your job. But I didn't make your job that way so there is no reason to be such a jerk in your encounters. If you don't like your job maybe find something else. Now I understand why CVS doesn't let people call into their store and instead make you leave your name and number and a message in hopes someone will call back. Well a review works just as good pointing out the poor customer one can expect to receive at your local CVS

I remember a time where getting your prescription was quick but now I see a line all the time. Seems like either they gotten slower over the years or more people in general are getting ill more frequently. Personally wouldn't be surprised by both. Rating is lower because they closed the drive thru because they were understaffed. We are in a flu season and peak time too. I walk in and there is actual sick people in line that I have to stand near. I have a family member that is immuno-compromised and just got out of the hospital to pick up her meds. That is crazy to me. That's why I like the drive thru. Because people are careless and I guess the staff didn't think of that. Gonna do everything I can to change pharmacies going forward.

CVS PHARMACY LOCATED AT 1212 S Greenfield Rd, Mesa AZ 8504. They have responded to my review. I'm not going to call you, you are supposed to call me and see what you can do about fixing customer services over at that pharmacy. Hire more efficient pharmacy techs that know how to help patients picking up their prescriptions when a text or phone call is received it is ready. They should be trained on your system to locate the patient's information without any hesitation. It is so upsetting when they start* there is nothing showing here your RX is ready or no RX is available ** seriously. I got texts saying my RX was ready. I called today and nothing and no RX. You people want to hear from me you call me and take care of this immediately, I'm not going to call you!! Either I get my RX today or I will report your business to the BBB. And I will, you'll see. !!

Purely the pharmacy side. I understand you have to work with all sorts but if you can't maintain yourself without an attitude at just doing your job, get out of the hospitality field. Type one diabetic here, no insulin since Friday because of a terrible endocrinologist. Asked about emergency refills as I've explored every option and most offices are now closed. Immediately shot it down saying insulin doesn't qualify. I need it to live. I'm pretty sure that qualifies and I didn't go to school for that knowledge. What a joke. Quick edit before the copy paste response. That doesn't look good either when every response is identical.
