Denise H 2 months agoThis pharmacy had plenty of help that day, I stood waiting to be helped to pick up my prescriptions, those that did look up and saw me, ignored me, no one said someone will be right with you. It's nice to be acknowledged, when the guy finished at the drive up he started to help me he was very kind.
Luke Khalid 5 months agoExperienced the SAME rude, unfriendly and extremely unprofessional female pharmacist as Michael and Lindsay Horton posted about 5 months previous. Apparently some etiquette courses could be beneficial.
Renae Castonguay-Duran a year agoPharmacy staff is always slow, less than pleasant and stand around talking yet tell you the prescription is still processing when the doctor sent it over 3 hrs earlier and you got the text notification. I worked in small town pharmacies and chains and it's a tactic to get you to go around the store ... Sometimes people just want the medication for their sick toddler and go home.... Read the room! And the pharmacist definitely thinks they are more entitled than the average person.
Laila a year agoI’ve never had a bad experience at CVS until today. I came in for one bottle of lotion and to use some coupons that were expiring soon. I’m an extracare plus member because I feel the amount of coupons you get are worth it. I went to self checkout and went through the whole process of adding my coupons when the screen froze. I called over an employee and he kindly informed me that he was going to have to reset the machine and that I likely would still have my coupons once the screen reset. He also gave me the option of checking out with him but that I wouldn’t have my coupons, so I decided to wait for the reset. This employee was very kind and apologized several times for the inconvenience and I let him know that it was alright and that things happen. Once the machine reset we found that my coupons had not been returned and he called over the manager Tracy. She informed me that I was going to have to pay full price and would have to call customer service if I wanted my coupons back. I found this ridiculous, especially when it was no where near my fault that the CVS machine froze. I was confused as to why the item couldn’t be price matched as I even had a PICTURE of the screen when it was frozen showing all of my coupons including the total, just in case they didn’t return. The manager then proceeded to tell me she would be fired for doing so which also sounded ridiculous because I have never been to any store or grocery store that wouldn’t resolve it this way as it is standard customer service. I could tell that manager got frustrated when she realized that I was not going to be okay with having to pay full price and being sent to a phone line. Not only did she walk away in the middle of the conversation but then reiterated that she was not going to break rules and be fired because she “had kids to feed”. Not only was this rude but it is frankly unprofessional. I highly doubt that CVS would fire her, and if she is so adamant that she would be for performing simple customer service then maybe she should address this issue with her employer. I’ve truly never seen someone so unhappy to be working at CVS as they’ve always been so kind in the many years I’ve been a customer here. Disappointing.
Angela Bell 4 months agoWhat a horrible store with incompetent staff. There is an issue at that place EVERY time I go. Prices incorrect, items in the wrong place, etc. I only go here for convenience but it’s not worth the headache. And their prices are high anyway.
