I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here not once. They are so very careful and so on top of things and always making sure I have every bit of information. I need to make sure I’m safe with whatever medication’s. I’m taking or anything new that I’m starting. Amy is amazing to say the least, no matter how chaotic everything is going on around her she sounds so calm and so kind and just takes time to put my mind at ease when I’m having to try a new medication that gives me a bit of anxiety or just anything that comes up then I’m a little worried about or have questions about. I am very grateful for these people, they are all always working so very hard and are clearly very very busy back there!

I'm now at this CVS often and overdue for an update. Great staff and pharmacist keeps me coming back. Recently I had a few vaccines including the flu. Easy with a single form to sign and most insurances accepted. The female pharmacist could not have been nicer. For your trouble Target gives a $10 gift when spending $20. Something also many may not realize is in most cases they have communication with your primary care if you get prescriptions from them. So they knew what I needed an can update my primary regarding my recent vaccinations. Recommend CVS at Target in Town Center.

Clean inside out. Items in the self care and pharmacy aren’t all behind plexiglass which is great. Limited number of self checkout stations created a ridiculous long line. The lanes with checkers had 10 people per line. Some people were self checking 50 plus items in their basket with me having 3 items and 10 people in front of me in line.

It should not be so damn hard to get hold of a person on the phone. Why am I getting prompted to leave a voicemail even when the pharmacy is open? The machine doesn't even try to transfer the call, automatically goes to voicemail. This should be an option, not the default. Absolutely ridiculous.

The CVS Pharmacy inside Target Store at Pembroke Area Virginia Beach is a must to visit specially when you needed a vaccination. The Staff are the best nothing bad we experienced yearly scheduled vaccinations. Great Experienced overall 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
