It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a “real” person in the pharmacy. Worse yet, the system persists in refilling all prescriptions without permission; I suspect this is intentional. The employees are pleasant and make all efforts to assist and correct errors, but they have happened to me FOUR times since I chose to transfer my prescriptions two months ago. 🤔

The pharmacy staff at this location is the absolute worst! I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:55 to pick up a prescription, I was told they were closed and I would have to come back, I said I thought you closed at 8:00 and again told they were closed. I had some other things to pick up so I started to shop when I saw an older man go to the pharmacy register and get waited on so I got behind him in line. A second later a pharmacy staff member yelled from across the pharmacy “we are closed so you will have to come back tomorrow”. I am not a confrontational person but this was ridiculous, I said to the lady who was extremely rude that I had tried to get in line a few minutes ago (just before the guy being waited on) and was told they could not help me because they were closed, so I asked how the gentleman in front of me was able to get his prescription. The lady then slammed stuff around rolled her eyes said a few inappropriate words under her breath and rang me up. This is not my first bad experience here and it is very sad it’s allowed! Rant over😬

Alice from the N Great Neck CVS was an absolute delight! She was attentive, caring, and extremely helpful! She was very knowledgeable about pricing, location of items, etc & answered all of my questions! I had an issue with printing, and both Alice and her associate, stopped what they were doing to assist and help me find the solution! After experiencing such nice hospitality, I will definitely be shopping at this CVS location from now on!
