The parking lot is clean and well lit! I feel 100% safe walking into the store alone even at night! When you walk in the store looks open and clean and very organized!! There is always someone right there to greet you and say hello and ask if you need help finding anything! I personally love the pharmacy and staff. It's where I've been going for 5 years now and where I will continue to guard regardless of where I move in the city. They have helped me get medications approved that I otherwise wouldn't be able to have. They're always good with answering questions and I never feel rushed. All of the pharmacy staff I have dealt with has always been professional and nice. The longest I've ever had to wait is 1 day for medicine and that was only one time in 5 years!! The store manager is really nice. He is always helpful! Some of the items might seem pricey, but if you download the CVS app, their coupons more than make up the difference!! This will continue to be my go-to for all last minute things I might need and any pharmaceutical needs I have!

Great place. We have been going to this CVS for many years. Pharmacists are great as is their staff! The new way to get prescriptions is quick and accurate. Tried Walgreens and Rite Aid, neither of them worked for us. Wait times were extensive.

We were denied flu shot at this facility today in the middle of flu season. I booked for my kids to be given flu shots at 3pm 12/31/2025z we arrived at the facility on time. First we were ignored for 10mins then was casually asked why we were there said came for flu shot. She kind pretended not to understand. I am a medical person I know no any other word for Flu shot. We waited and waited despite having booked. Looking at them kids crying. Totally ignored! We asked questions no one even looked our way. In the heights of RACISM AT CVS Salem road!

I put in a mobile order for pickup at this location and was charged twice. One of the pending charges fell off, but the other was still on my card. When I picked up the order I was told to contact the store manager the next day. I took their advice. I called the store to get an estimate on when that pending charge would disappear so that I can get my money back and was not even transferred directly to the store manager but was passively told 2-3 says. Three days have passed so I called today to receive clarity and actual results. I spoke with the same lady who is not the store manager, but ironically has some form of authority there. I understand retail is horrible, but before I even mentioned my issue, I could literally hear her mutter "Oh my god" over the phone. She did it twice. Whoever you are, with that attitude, lack of empathy and professionalism, I pray that you stay at this job forever.

My Dad has early stages of dementia and he asks the folks in the pharmacy the same questions over and over, they treat him with respect and remind him when he needs refills. I am grateful that someone is looking out for my dad when I can’t be there.
