So I was trying to pay for some posters online and unfortunately it wasn’t working so I ended up calling the store and long story short, the lady told me that I should try to either come in the store and do it or separate the purchases online and I was able to do that and I ended up going to the store. The woman that helped me at the store, was really nice. I came back the following day in hopes that that same lady will be there, but unfortunately she wasn’t. There was a younger girl actually working the register and when I tell you, this girl was rude as hell? Lol she was extremely rude. I didn’t yell at her. I did not raise my voice. I was not speaking, smart with her at all, but when I was trying to get her to help me with the photos, she did not want to help me at all. She was very condescending. Her tone was extremely nasty and she was impatient for no reason almost as if she was having a bad day and she just did not want to be bothered so because she gave me that type of attitude, i just walked to the back of the store when the girl walked away and got somebody else to help me. The other two people that worked there they were extremely nice for sure. I told them that I came and got them because the young girl that was working at the front Just seemed like she was having a bad day. So they came and helped me with no problem. The coworker tried to get the attention of the person that was being really rude to me and even she noticed that it seemed like she was having just a bad day. I say that to say that she truly did ruined my experience when I came to just simply get some help with some pictures. She didn’t want to help at all. And it bothers me that as a Black man I have to actually go into these establishments and get this type of treatment from other Black people. I hate it. Overall, the store is amazing, but that particular coworker definitely ruins the morale.

CVS isn't great, but these guys are terrible. There is one pharmacist who treats me like a drug addict EVERY time I have to talk to him. I take Adderall for ADD, calm down. I never get early refills, in fact mine lasts WEEKS longer than it should. They forget to fill stuff with, try to refill when you never asked for a refill, it's pretty bad. But they are 5 minutes from my house. So there's that

Went to pick up a prescription for my mom, the drive thru was down, so I had to go inside. The line was a little long, but to my surprise the line goes quick. The pharmacy workers were very friendly and helpful.

This was an interaction on 12/22/2025. VERY uncomfortable and unprofessional experience! I went in to purchase several different products using my HSA/FSA debit card and apparently I made the sad mistake in assuming that I would be allowed to have an issue with my card! The card would not allow the purchase to go through although I did have funds for the purchase but instead of being met with customer service I was met with a very unpleasant young lady who was VERY bothered that I was not able to complete the transaction, maybe because I was not familiar with how using that particular card may affect the payment, etc. she spoke very rude with an attitude and was bothered about me having to ask for my receipt which I should not have to! Her unprofessionalism was so obvious that my son was accompanying me and he asked “hey what was all that about” I had no answer…. I am hoping that this will help whoever understand that I did not deserve that treatment for something that I didn’t intend!! I truly hope that this text gets escalated in order to address issues like this with that young lady and hopefully avoid another customer feeling uncomfortable…. Best (the only reason there’s a star in this review is because it will not let me post the review otherwise, but if I had it my way I would not give any star because of that young lady and her attitude and HORRIBLE service!!!

Better off not getting your meds at all than to deal with this stores staff the pharmacy techs/helpers are extremely rude and do not care what you have going on. They will lie to you and tell you different things that are not true and if you have a script sent over today don’t expect to pick it up for a day or 2 they can have 10 workers in there and still figure out a way to do nothing every other cvs I’ve dealt with in Virginia or any other state has been mountains better than this one do yourself a favor unless you need toilet paper stay away from this CVS!!
