This is not the first issue I’ve had with this pharmacy, but it will be the last. Due to repeated miscommunication, my son will now be without his medication for at least a week. Initially, the CVS app stated I needed to contact the doctor to refill his prescription. Since this is a controlled medication, that made sense. When I contacted his doctor, they were confused and said the prescription had already been sent after his last appointment (as they’ve always done), but agreed to resend it to be safe. Later that same day, the app message changed from “contact the doctor” to “too soon to refill,” even though we were weeks past the refill date. I sent a message and received a voicemail from a pharmacy employee (no name given, but it was a young man) stating it was not too soon, but there was an insurance issue and I needed to contact my insurance. Knowing this was incorrect—there have been no insurance changes in over two years—I called back and left a voicemail explaining this. Shortly after, I received a call saying the medication was ready for pickup. Relieved, I picked up multiple prescriptions and didn’t realize until the next morning that my son’s medication was not filled. Instead, they filled a medication he didn’t even need refilled. When I contacted the pharmacy again, I was told they had no idea why I’d been given any of the prior information—the medication was simply OUT OF STOCK. I was quite shocked by this. Because this is a controlled substance, it cannot be transferred to another CVS, and they cannot check stock at other locations. Now I have to wait until Monday to contact the doctor again and start the process over, leaving my son without his medication for several days. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, this could have been avoided. Abruptly stopping medications can have serious consequences, and pharmacy staff should understand the importance of clear, accurate communication. I also noticed a sign stating they are hiring with “no experience needed,” which is concerning given the level of responsibility involved in handling patient prescriptions and communications. I hope they get the help they need, but I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Due to an employer insurance contract I am forced against my will to have CVS as my pharmacy, and I'm being forced to switch all my medications to 90 day fills. Your phone service doesn't even allow me to speak to a human being to request refills. Walmart pharmacy is in every way better than you and I'm extremely dissapointed I'm being forced to do this. Hands down worst service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. They point at a screen and yell at you telling you to put in your information. Then once they get up to the counter they act as if your presence is a burden the entire time and they refuse to listen to you, they only acknowledge what is in the computer. The woman I got on my recent pickup kept coughing on my prescription bags over and over, she also refused to acknowledge me when I told her I had a third prescription that wasn't showing up in the system. When they do acknowledge you they ask obvious questions. I was told to stand at consultation finally about my third missing script, and one guy bagging meds randomly asks "do you need something?". Well obviously, why else would I be standing there? They don't even communicate with each other. Just awful customer service. They treat their pharmacy like a sweatshop.

I had a very disappointing experience at the pharmacy drive-thru this morning. I was the first customer in line when they opened. The pharmacy tech, Mel, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. She did not greet me or speak beyond abruptly asking for my name and date of birth, then slammed the drive-thru drawer open and said I could put my driver’s license and payment inside before walking away. When I tried to explain that I did not have my driver’s license but did have my military ID, I had to raise my voice just to get her attention to come back. She responded with a very poor attitude and told me I could not pick up my prescription without a driver’s license. This was confusing and frustrating, as I have used my military ID many times at this location, including just a few days ago. When I told her I would come inside instead, she responded dismissively with “OK!!” in a sarcastic tone. I understand that policies exist, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy was unacceptable especially first thing in the morning. A simple explanation or respectful interaction would have made a big difference. This experience left me very disappointed in the level of customer service provided.

Don’t remember her name but she was a very rude pharmacist wouldn’t even take the time out of her day to call my dr. I am a chronic pain patient and I have a torn meniscus and had meds called in and she took it upon herself to make that decision. Stay away and run far away. Worst pharmacy you can go to

The previous reviews only reinforce this one. Just absolute terrible customer service showed up 2min before lunch and the lady said we are closed for lunch see you at 2pm. Then when I stated it wasn’t 1:30 another representative stepped in and said just type your number in and we can help you. The transaction took less than 30sec. Just terrible..
