Long-time customer, arrived at the pharmacy drive-thru at 7:55 AM. The car in front of me left at 7:57 AM. The cashier closed the window on me as I explained it wasn't 8:00 AM yet, refusing service for a much-needed prescription. I feel as if it's one or 5 cars in line before the 8pm closing time they should be serviced. I will no longer give CVS my business and will ensure everyone I know does the same. I've been a customer since 2018, and 8 years of business lost in one minute. I know this won't bring the company to it's knees, but maybe someone else will read this and transfer their prescriptions with me! Employee's need to be trained on how their actions affect the company which in turns affect their paycheck.

Ok so on Saturday my daughter prescribed an antibiotic and at 6ish pm went to pick it up and was told they were out of stock and it would not be available until possibly Monday. I told the girl that it was an infection and antibiotics needed to be taken asap, I had to ask if there was another CVS nearby with the med available. She said yes and told me which one. The next morning around 11a (they opened at 10) I called to be sure of what the app said. It took FOREVER to get through to the pharmacy (a human), who stated that they didn't have it, meaning the Rx so I called the first pharmacy to have the Rx sent over as I had asked that evening and was bothered that this was not done. I called again as the app said it would be ready after 4p. The pharmacist told me they did not have the med and had told the other store that they did not have it and was not sure why they sent it in the first place. I was livid, NOBODY from the first store called me back to tell me that the other store did not have it! The app indicated that it would be ready after 4p!!😳All the while my child is without meds, long story short, we had to call the DR to change Rx to Walgreens and then back to CVS for a antibiotic we could get that was available. She started the med Monday evening from Saturday 48hrs+ later, smh. CVS dropped the ball with very bad communication!!

The Kempsville CVS is always busy but there is never a long wait. Customer service is always top notch. I’m very grateful I moved my prescriptions and take my business to CVS but this one in particular gets an A+.

I walked in and up to the pharmacy window at 1:26. As I walked up a woman behind the pharmacy window pressed the button to lower the gate. I asked if they were closed and she said they have lunch from 1:30-2. I said it’s 1:26 can I get some Sudafed? She said I could come back at 2. I get you want lunch but if you want to tell me you have lunch from 1:30-2 and it’s not 1:30 yet…maybe you should just give me the meds?!

Been coming here for years Natalie at drop off has a disgusting entitled attitude. I usually go to the drive thru to avoid people like her who don't like their jobs but i was instructed to come inside. That will be my last time and maybe we should consider some costumer service training for front desk reps.
