The cashier and floor staff were great, helpful and courteous. However, they really do need to do a re-doing of the bathroom that is meant for the customers. The grout and area behind the commode was filthy.

Overall would give this location 5 stars since its always clean and staff are friendly just don’t end up getting everything i need since a lot of items are always out of stock

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the male pharmacists at this location (black hair, chubby or fat, white) Rather than assisting me in getting my prescription filled in a timely manner, he seemed to go out of his way to create delays. There was a clear lack of communication, accountability, and urgency on his part, which directly impacted my ability to get the medication I needed when I needed it. Fortunately, another pharmacist was able to assist me in a timely manner. Pharmacists play a critical role in healthcare, and it's frustrating when that responsibility isn't taken seriously. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how prescriptions and patient needs are handled in the future.

I am a full-time employee pursuing nursing education and have three children. Time is precious to me. I had an appointment for a flu shot at 2:30 PM and arrived at 2:20 PM. When I met with the pharmacist at 2:28 PM, she rudely informed me that I would need to wait for 15 minutes. I responded by stating that my appointment was at 2:30 PM. While I understand that waiting might be necessary, it should have been communicated in a polite manner. At 2:50 PM, while I was still waiting, I was frustrated to see that a gentleman who arrived after me was taken in before me. When I informed the nurse that it was my turn, the nurse told me that the gentleman was ahead of me on the list. After I received my shot, I noticed the pharmacist laughing and saying something to the nurse. I suspect she may have placed my name further down the list. This situation should not have occurred. If you do not enjoy this work and struggle with communication, perhaps it would be better to seek employment in a different field. I will not set foot in CVS Laskin again. The rudeness I experienced was very distressing.

The phone service sucks. You can’t get a human to talk to. A simple thing like talking to someone about your medication and you have to wait for a call back is insane.
