So I live in Philadelphia PA and I just went to a CVS in Center City and just had the most horrible experience in my life. I came to CVS last night and I spent $200 and did not get any of my coupons even after I typed in my membership number just for the cashier tonight to be very nasty to me and then! Then when I wanted to ask her, why is she so nonchalant like she has no care in the world like a customer has not been done wrong I told her she don’t have no sympathy or She wanted to tell me how she didn’t have no sympathy or empathy and that’s what took me there!!! I will never go to CVS again and I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. ! just for me to be kicked out of the store by the security guard just for her to stand at the door and taunt me now and if I would have ran inside the store, all they would have done was called the cops when that girl sat there and talk to me a customer that shops at CVS a lot any kind of way I’m trying to understand if this a type of employees that CVS hire I’m completely confused at this point and very disappointed and will be calling corporate tomorrow morning!

The male Asian pharmacy technician has a negative demeanor. He yelled at me due to me not understanding why I needed to see the pharmacist. I only simply was explaining to him that I didn’t understand the process and while I was attempting to communicating that to him he over talked me and got loud. Therefore I matched his energy and got louder. The sad part is I am a customer and didn’t initiate the negativity but I finished it… Staff has to do better speaking with customers. *Check your reviews it appears that just a week ago another customer made a comment about the Asian male… Interesting 🤔

The CVS very nice personal and the store could use and public rest room,and a water fountain.to help the customer who ,whom shoppe there frequently, and allso not so frequently. I have bronchitis and went to the CVS at Market St and 12th to get an inhaler and a pill. They handed me a bag but when I checked, there was only the pill bottle inside. I asked for the inhaler. They said they were closing for 30 minutes and I could sit and wait. I told him I was sick, they made a mistake, and asked him to please give me the inhaler. He said that I had to wait. Next time I am using amazon pharmacy.

Service was lousy. This used to be a good store. II followed the instructions on my phone to check in for my vaccine. While sitting in the chair at the pharmacy marked vaccines waiting to be called, two girls behind the counter never acknowledged me until around 8:45am. My appointment was for 8:30am. And then the girl ask me can I help you with something. Jeep in mind that I am already checked in. My name should appear on their computer or something, When I was finished with that I tried to purchase some shaving blades, but since everything is locked up someone has to unlock the cabinet. I waited, and nobody assisted me.
