Yet another horrible cvs pharmacy. One of the pain killer is missing from my after procedure medicine. The worker told me that it will be available in 4 hours and it will take 3 to 4 days to get it delivered. I understand people are careful with prescribing pain killers nowadays but just communicate to your patient like an adult okay? Also no explanation or care tips about the antibiotics I prescribed. At this point I might as well use online pharmacy and talk to AI

I do like this cvs, its convenient but the woman with braids at the customer service counter is incredibly rude and dismissive. Completely unprofessional. I think she's a manager or assistant but not 100%. Ill comment if I find out.

Like going to this CVS it is always clean & fully stocked. If u need help they help & being a rewards card person i like my discounts. And I dont always have to wait in line because sometimes the lines do get long so they have self checkout thst helps especially if ur in a little bit of a rush.

I went to pick up my order but I was also making a purchase. I had a paper coupon as well as some coupons attached to my phone number. I put my number in and one coupon applied. The young lady that rung me up said that the paper coupon didn’t apply, only one that was attached to my number. I was in a rush so I didn’t realize that she never gave me the paper coupon back. I realized and I went back and the same girl told me that the coupon did apply and she took my receipt. Once she saw that it didn’t (even though she had already said it didn’t apply before I left the first time) she stood there with my receipt counting. Instead of just giving me my coupon back because she knew it wasn’t used she wasted my time counting. I know she was trying to be smart because at the bottom of the transaction (in the middle of a long receipt) it shows what discounts were applied and gives a breakdown of how much was taken off of each item. Why would someone take 3 or 4 minutes to count 1 coupon for $5 off when the section that says “Coupons applied” clearly lists 1 coupon that says $5 off??? Instead of apologizing and being accountable she wanted to play in my face. Very weird behavior.
