Manage must be having a bad day, she has negative energy and ignoring customers. Muslimah employee was very helpful. Store definitely needs better customer service. Been waiting 32 minutes to get 5 items out of the locked cabinets

Horrible, employee have attitudes. They doesn't seem interested in assisting anyone. We said hello They look at us like we have 3 heads. We ask a simple question and they respond with no interest in helping. Cashier left me waiting when no one was in her line. Ridiculous! Do better.

. I first of all suggest anybody shopping at CVS to pay the $10 and you will immediately get $5 back in your account and so many coupons that you wouldn't regularly get the $10 piece for itself 100 times over. As for this CVS whenever I need help checking out and help with my coupons they are always more than willing to help me and even show me what to do or how to do it. This is another spot that is in a bad area but the customer service is amazing

I would like to give a big thank you to Kevin the pharmacist 👏😊 I had to travel 5 1/2 hours, from Potter County, PA mountains 🏔️ toPhiladelphia because a family member is passing 😞 over 🙏 and Kevin has been extremely helpful with the transfer of my medication. CVS has a very FINE & INTELLIGENT PHARMACIST, with Kevin and the rest of the staff were also very KIND and courteous🥰 Thank you for all of your help and God bless you all.🙏✝️🌸

I wait in line at the drive thru for 10-15 minutes only to be told drive thru is closed. Then I come inside and my baby’s medicine isn’t ready when I got two phones earlier that day that they were working on it. My doctor called them last month to fix the dosage again because CVS keeps incorrectly giving me the wrong dosage then it becomes another issue the next month because the refill is too soon.
