I have been a customer of CVS's for 8 years but just started using this location 2 years ago. The Pharmacy personnel are sometimes apparently difficult to deal with. The retail side is sometimes apparently quite challenging to deal with as well. CVS really needs to train the staff here in customer service. Other than that it's okay. Update: I received a message from CVS to contact them directly.

Wanted to buy some OTC meds from the pharmacy, yet I didn’t have an ID with me. At that time, the pharmacy closed in 12 minutes. I quickly ran home to pick up my ID, and I got back to the pharmacy 2 minutes before closing time but the curtains where down and the response I got for the reason why they wouldn’t sell me the meds was that they have already closed the register. I wish they would have respected the schedule - if it says closing time 8:00pm, we should be able to buy meds until 8:00pm

Nice CVS. Very clean and orderly. Self service is a breeze.

Went to this store for help and return. A guy was very helpful and nice able to find the things I needed. The guy who helped me doesn’t appear everyday so I suggest checking maybe every two days but very much happy that I got exchanged because one of the products was tampered.

AVOID THIS CVS LOCATION! Truly the worst customer service in any CVS I've shopped. It takes FOREVER to get a staff member to open a case for you to get a product; the employees all look unhappy and miserable; the self-checkout coupon scanner NEVER works, so you have to wait FOREVER to get someone to fix it. The whole vibe of this CVS is toxic. You can feel it the second you walk in the store. Avoid this CVS location at all costs. Instead, shop at the CVS on Market and 11th Street. You'll have a much better experience. The manager and employees are welcoming and extremely efficient.
