The store is understaffed. Having only 2 people working, one of them being a manager stuck in the back of the store, during busy hours in the middle of a major city, is not a good idea. You got one guy that has to work register, assist customers with questions, AND have to run around the entire store unlocking case after case for customers that wait 5-10 minutes too long. It's inefficient for the business and it is unfair for the scheduled employees. You have money for security to stand at the door all day while most of the essential products are locked behind plexi glass, but you can't hire one more person to assist with staying on the floor? Here's some ideas: Hire an extra employee, I know companies nowadays want to be greedy, but an extra set of wages won't hurt your profits. Remove the security glass, isn't that why you hired a security personnel? Add more self-checkout registers that also accept cash. Your low trust and greed has turned a simple 2 minute visit into a 10+ minute waste of time. If we can't get the things we NEED in an efficient time then we will just take our business elsewhere. You're wasting your customers time when that is a very precious resource in this day and age. You better be paying your employees double because I know they gotta deal with impatient ignorant customers that don't understand how ridiculous this whole store actually is.

Good morning Family. I visited today to reload my prepaid card. The young lady who assisted me with my transaction today was very nice, friendly and polite. It was a smooth process and I enjoyed my experience here today. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

The pharmacy is such a mess and no one ever knows anything. They continuously have floaters who don’t have access to certain things which has delayed me a WEEK in receiving my medication. I have come in everyday this week to pick up my medication and it’s always an issue on their part. The people behind the counter take forever to even acknowledge you when you come up. It’s so frustrating and I am always leaving unhappy.

I kept putting off going shopping because I had a continuous hectic week but sometimes you just need to go out. I arrived and searched around because this CVS I go to every once in a while and when I was staring through the glass I hear a gentleman ask me if I needed assistance. The floor staff member, Freddie, helped me even before I needed to press the button and he was so friendly. He also has a great memory and remembered me from another time he was supremely considerate assisting me with a complicated purchase. You don't really meet people like Freddie that often anymore! A total asset to the company. Great guy!

Marcus, a supervisor who works at thus location, is one of the rudest customer service people I have ever experienced. I have called several times, and he never offers any solutions but instead is rude and abrupt, one time even telling me he had customers in front of him and had to get off the phone. Meanwhile, I was in a crisis state and needed an important medication filled that the CVS a few blocks away on Chestnut St was able to actually help me with. He is accusatory and has no manner whatsoever. Today I called because I had spoken to the pharmacy manager, Bailey - his name is actually Riley (who is incredibly kind and helpful), and I explained to Marcus I had spoken to Bailey about my issues, to which he rudely told me that no one who works there has that name. Mind you, I said the pharmacy manager, Riley. Not some random employee. He clearly knew who I was talking about, but i had to pry the manager's name out of him so I could try to get Riley to speak to my medication provider to resolve issues. He has treated me despicably on several occasions. Oh, and when I called Chestnut St CVS and told them I was spoken to so rudely and treated with disrespect a few months ago, they immediately said, OH, Marcus. So he clearly has a reputation for being unhelpful and rude. I had an emergency situation that he could have resolved but instead treated me with attitude and made it very clear I was being an inconvenience. And the best part is when I went to the Chestnut Street location, they were 10x busier than I have ever seen the Market St one, and I have been in the store at least 50 times. Avoid Marcus at all costs. He should be fired.
