Just because you got fancy touch screens doesn't mean having one employee working two registers is faster than two. Prescription wait times just doubled. Start paying humans again please. Edit: last night to was one employee for four pharmacy registers. Took four times as long as one employee per register. And your touch screens are so low quality they are useless.

Most horrible experience. I went to pick up my prescription at around 630pm on oregon location and the front tech told me its sold out. So she gave me an entire list to cvs pharmacies that had it in stock. She told me to go there and have it filled. Then I tried to get it refilled at the south street location next morning at 930am and someone at south street location said it needed to be transferred then it can be filled. Called back to oregon location around 945am. We told her we needed it transferred and she mentioned that it is now in stock but won't be ready until 3pm at oregon. But she can definitely expedite it at 10:30am. So we agreed. Went to pick up meds at 1230pm on oregon. They were lost and confused had no idea what the hell they doing. Saying its out of stock again. So we had asked then can it transfered to south street then??? And we never got a call back for anything. It is a disaster. If they're not sure about things then dont just tell the patient these lies. People's time is so precious. I am no longer going back to any cvs ever again. For one god damn medication.

Terrible service. I’m a DoorDash driver and needed to pick up one ice cream that was locked up (aisle 19). I waited almost 20 minutes in the store, repeatedly pressing the customer service bell, and no one came to help. I finally went to look for an employee, and the only worker on duty (Friday, January 2, 2026, night shift) was happily chatting and laughing with customers, leaning on the register. I politely asked if she had the keys to open the freezer, and she just said, “Can you wait a second?” with a very careless attitude, even though I had already been waiting over 10 minutes. She never came to help. I had to cancel the order, wasting time and money. Please train staff to respond when items are locked up—this affects both customers and delivery drivers.

They refused to fill my prescription with the same goodrx coupon that they've been honoring for almost a year. They said it's company policy and that every other time I filled it someone "must have made a mistake". My medication costs hundreds of dollars WITH insurance. The staffs eyes glazed over when I told them I need it to function and can't afford it through insurance. I work full time. I have a prescription and even paid for a goodrx gold card. There's no reason they should be denying medication that people need to function. Staff were rude and dismissive, didn't seem to care at all. They gave me this same speech 3-4 months ago, but I filed a complaint and then suddenly company policy allowed them to fill it again - until today. Seems like it's totally at the staff's discretion whether or not to accept the coupons. I hate having to beg for the medicine I need to get through the day just because the pharmacist on duty decided to go on a power trip.
