Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time, this location today. I am here to reload my prepaid card. I am going to see the movie, "Klute" at the Film Society East and this was in close proximity to the movie, so I decided to come here. Dajour was the friendly CVS associate who assisted me tonight with my transaction. Dajour was so so nice and helpful. I could see that he aimed to please. I reloaded my card and then I received my receipt from Dajour and away I went to watch my movie. I had a good experience here today. I could see the Valentine's Day cards were laid out. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to pick up a prescription with my father and the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude . Very unwilling to help, said they wouldn’t count my pills simply because there were too many. I was explaining to my father in Spanish what the staff was saying and one of the ladies got incredibly angry and told us to stop speaking Spanish immediately and then continued to ask me “ do you not speak English” in a very rude tone and told us that it wasn’t allowed to speak another language other than English. Will not be going again. rude, racist, and disrespectful

By far, the worst cvs experience I have had. I usually go to the much better 5th, 11th, or12th locations, but I stopped here as I was walking nearby. I found what I needed- well stocked, several female employees were standing around, laughing and chatting as I waited for someone(pressed the button twice as no one came after 5 minutes) to open a case for me. , but were nice enough. Checkout was a disaster. As I was checking out at self checkout, the register said “assistance was on the way.” For no clear reason. After 10 mins of waiting, the cashier (black male, blonde hair) came and fixed it. Not sure where all of the other employees were?! It happened again and I had to move to the other self checkout. I had applied the coupons I wanted to use and As I was paying, the computer froze. I waited another 10 minutes for the cashier to come over. He had to call the manager. She begrudgingly came over (black female in a sweatshirt, no name tag)and was very unprofessional and unpleasant, no apology. She told me I’d have to go to the main register at the front. I’m disabled and she didn’t even help me move anything so I moved everything myself. She checked me out and without asking which coupons I wanted to use, she applied them all, which was not that I wanted. This quick trip to cvs turned into a horrible hour of stress due to the unprofessional, unfriendly employees (namely the cashier and manager I dealt with. I’ll avoid this location in the future!

I was not only greeted when I entered the CVS store on market Street in Old City. I was asked if I needed assistance and when I returned to the checkout with what I had decided to purchase, I had not one, but two CVS Associates assisting me in the store. This is my go to pharmacy as it’s not only walking distance, but it has everything that I need. The customer service was outstanding!

This CVS is located in Old City and conveniently located. However, the store isn’t fully stocked in most departments. There are a lot of empty shelves. It is in need of a cleaning. I asked for assistance from a young, male employee, what I got was blown off by him. He was unprofessional and rude. There were items without pricing. That’s a problem. The store was being painted and there were workers and their materials everywhere. It also smelled like paint. Not a good shopping experience.
