Clearly the reviews are making no impact on this CVS, but why not? This is the worst pharmacy you will ever encounter. I almost recommend it for entertainment. I have yet to pick up a prescription without issue. It usually takes about 3-5 tries. In fact, the man in front of me today (whose prescription “wasn’t ready”), said it was his fourth time there for his prescription. I talked to a very nice lady on the phone, and she was nice in person too, but the pharmacy is still terrible. I was told to wait 2 hours after the pharmacy finally found the same prescription I pick up every month, and guess what? It wasn’t ready after 5! That was after waiting in line for 20 minutes. She then asked the pharmacist when it would be ready and he said, “tell them we’ll fill it as soon as possible”, without looking up. Typical for this pharmacy. Wipe the pharmacy staff at this point. The reviews should be acknowledged on a management level, not individually.

If you can make your way past the litter all over the crammed parking lot, and then wait in a long line with one cashier, and assuming all the screens in the check-out area aren't frozen, which they often are, maybe you'll find out why there is no record of a prescription that has been confirmed faxed three times and then called in. When I provide the fax confirmations, the answer I got is: "We didn't get anything." OK, what about the voice mail? "We'll have to check. Can you be patient?" No, actually, because I was there yesterday waiting 30 minutes in a line only to confirm that my prescription somehow never arrived and because I can't reach anyone on the phone, I had to walk over. My provider emailed me the prescription, but that's another dead end, because "we need a physical copy." Of course when the prescription expired, the automated system kept telling me they had reached out to my provider for a refill. No one ever did that.

There are obvious issues with this corporation, owning an urgent care and the health insurance company and a pharmaceutical company and a pharmacy. I am not comfortable having to touch a screen nine times to pick up medication while I’m not sick. I explained this clearly to the very rude staff and they refuse to help me even though they are able to help me without me touching the touchscreen why are you taking customers that are potentially immuno compromised and forced them to touch a contact surface and not offering hand sanitizer. Are you in the wellness business or they get sick and get paid when we make people well business? Also, I should know they had my controlled substance prescription prescription already bottled and set aside on the shelf for pick up, which should be with the pharmacist and only filled when the patient arrives for their medication. Maybe you should audit their controlled substance steps ?

I've had problems at this store for years, but recently every time I scheduled a vaccine - it was canceled the day before. Also, today Steve (the pharmacy manager with dark hair) verbally assaulted my friend when he went in there to get my medicine as an employee working behind the counter handed my meds to someone else and my friend had to stop them. He stood over him shaking, saying that he "doesn't have time for games" and was "annoyed". Because someone else almost walked away with my meds? This store has been investigated several times by the complaint board as well. It has undercounted medications before. And sometimes one pill is a big deal for medicine. This pharmacy goes far beyond negligence. It's malpractice. The way my friend was yelled at today is just further proof, aside from not filling medications out of inconvenience, not responding to insurance prior authorizations, employee rudeness, horrible hygiene (that's Moe) and just general ignorance in the matter in which they treat their customers. There are very few pharmacists over the last 10 years that have worked here whom have acted with integrity and non-bias. You've been warned. Don't get your meds filled here and expect consistency or kindness. ZERO out of 5 stars.

I usually send packages delivered by UPS to this location because it is an official UPS access point for package pickup. Recently, two packages are being sent back because according to the tracking “the receiver does not want the product and refuses delivery”. I do not know who was working the front desk to refuse the delivery but that is unacceptable. I would like to speak to someone about this and figure out the refusal of packages all of a sudden.
