After the closure of Rite Aid, I was forced to move to CVS. After moving, I realized that I should’ve made it my primary pharmacy. It’s really clean and the staff are really friendly. Their app is extremely helpful because it’ll show me if the prescriptions are ready or not, even showing if it’s covered by my insurance or not. You can also add multiple family members to manage their prescriptions which is also useful. They have various counters like four pick up, consultation, and drop off. Whatever you do, don’t ever go to the drive through, it takes so long even longer than the line inside. It’s weird because when I tried it a few times, I finish within 2 minutes but all other people take like 10-15 minutes and that’s ridiculous because it’s just a pickup. They have a faster pickup counter if you have the barcode for your prescription in the app but it’s not always fast. Today I went to pickup my medicine and there were 3 people in front of me. One of them took like 10 minutes asking questions and talking to the pharmacist, and that made me really mad because asking questions is at the consultation of resolution counter. Another one said she has her barcode but forgot the password for her account. Like if you know you’re not able to show the barcode, why come to the faster pickup counter up counter anyways and waste other people’s time who actually have their barcode ready. CVS really need to focus on fixing these issues.

I absolutely love Jarvis one eye care center. The entire staff was wonderful. I was treated like family. Great customer service service!!! I would definitely recommend.

I simply came here to load money onto my PayPal which a family member was able to do just last week but the cashier completely denied me and told me “we don’t do that here”. Not only that but for the first 3 minutes he ignored the fact I was standing by the desk before asking if I needed something. I have had zero issues loading money onto my debit card at RiteAID and other CVS’ so why is now a problem?

Nice and clean store. Always in stock and amazing nice front of store staff. Sometimes the staff in the pharmacy is rude. Sadly corporate doesn't do anything about homeless people sleeping next to the doors or bothering customers coming in and out the store.

I don't think we give the pharmacy department enough appreciation for what they do honestly. I went in today with pain went up to the register to drop off the script one the pharmacist was so professional patient moved quickly. Gave me a time it will be ready. The second pharmacist was very kind and reassured me the medicine was getting ready within the time frame. While waiting I observe the multitude of people coming in with different personalities, complaints, languages some where patient most weren't but the pharmacist remained calm and move quickly everyone of them focused on their tasks. You could tell who were the head pharmacists they were amazing. I appreciate everything they do I wish other people could as well. So if you visit this pharmacy please be patient, kind and appreciate these hard working people they do get paid but the work is a lot and very important, be understanding. Thank you!
