The CVS on 18th chestnut is horrible. I did an online order so I can just pick up and go. It said wait 2hrs for processing. I did. Still nothing so I walked in the store to see about my order. Nobody to help. I had to approach a worker. He going to say its only 2 people working. I said so you cant help me with my online order. He was so irritated, I can help you in a min. I wait for 20 mins for him to come back to tell me its not available but clearly it said available online. I choose that CVS because it was closer to my bus stop but never again I will be going back to my regular CVS. This isn't the first case with this CVS but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. Unacceptable CVS needs to do better.

Miss D (Diane) at the pharmacy counter is truly the best! She is always so wonderful, helpful, and an absolute pocket full of sunshine every time you walk in. No matter how busy it is, she keeps the line moving quickly while still making every person feel taken care of and never rushed. She goes above and beyond with her kindness and service, and it really makes a difference. My dog absolutely loves her, and she loves my dog right back! Which just shows the kind of warm, genuine person she is. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Miss D consistently delivers it with a smile. She is a true gem and such a bright spot every time we visit the pharmacy!

Good evening Google Family. I visited this location to reload my prepaid card. I am thinking that it is the first time that I have ever visited this location. Fred is the operations manager and he assisted me with my transaction. My transaction went smoothly and Fred was very nice. I viewed a movie at the Philadelphia Film Society located at 1412 Chestnut Street and after the movie, Operation Avalanche was over, I knew that I needed to load more funds onto my prepaid card. Thank goodness, this location did not close until 10 pm. The movie was over at 8:45 pm so I sped down the street to this location again to load more funds onto my card for my upcoming Lyft rides. Another young man assisted me this time however Fred was still in the CVS store. I stopped him and started telling him about my Krystique fitness business of being fit after 50, especially for people over 50 years of age. I asked Fred for suggestions about building my business and he was talking about social media, which I am on. I gave Fred my business card and he offered more suggestions on how to expand my business. I had a good experience here. Have a good workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

Very poor passport photo services. I got photo taken and apparently it fulfilled the requirements for US visa, as checked by the system automatically and reassured by the store assistant. Unfortunately was not accepted by the US visa application system, and this has happened to me in the past at another CVS store.

I went to CVS yesterday to buy a gift card and I knew my transaction would be difficult seeing as I needed a large amount put on it (for a baby shower) and it needed to be split. Fred at the front register was super patient and kind. Not only to me! Two people ahead of me had difficult transactions as well, one seemed like a refund or exchange for a stuffed animal... and the other was a woman that incorrectly read the tags in the aisle. Fred helped everyone with the same tact and kindness. Really appreciate you, Fred!
