trying to train customers to mindlessly enter all their info into a screen so the desk workers at pharmacy can Play around with their coworkers. so inefficient and lacking any humanity towards customers. it's bad enough I have to bring a barcode but now I have to train the employees that they actually do have to take care of my order efficiently. front cashier was really sweet and helpful. it shouldn't be dramatic difference between the store front and pharmacy in terms of professionalism

I called the store to make sure I knew where I needed to get my flu swab done, and I was told by Randy that I needed to wait through the drive thru. I mentioned that I had an appointment with minute clinic. He said sorry, I still had to wait through the drive-thru. I was in that drive thru for an hour therefore late to my appointment. As soon as I got to the window, they told me I needed to go inside. I go inside just to be told by the nurse that she has to honor those who arrive on time. She did not care that I'm sick with a heart transplant and didn't provide the care I needed. I will never ever come back here again. On top of that randy told her that I waited an hour for my care, but she still didn't want to see me first. I waited long enough. I was literally the only one there! Until 1 guy showed up.

I gave the Kodak photo print system a try, and it was a total failure.
