I had an appointment for 7:00 pm tonight for my 10 year old to get a Covid booster. Since he is under 12, there are limited places that will give him the booster. I showed up, only to be told that we aren't on the list for the evening. I showed the Tech the confirmation, and she said she believed me, but "sometimes the system double books." So, I drove an hour round trip for nothing (THANKS!), and can't even find another appointment until Oct 8th. We really hoped to get this done before we travel (before Oct 8th). So, I guess. Boo CVS system for "double booking", and the customer having no recourse.

This CVS location is within Target, near their selection of OTC medicines and things of that nature. They operate as well as any pharmacy can, given the pathetic influence, power and sheer greed of the pharmaceutical industry in this country. They do a daggum good job filling prescriptions in a timely fashion. If there’s a line, it is never all that long. One final note: there is a nice young lady who runs the POS system at the pickup window. I see her on a regular basis, and we have a brief chat each time. She is so very kind and understanding that it actually puts me in a better mood. I wish I had gotten her name; if she reads this, she’ll know who she is. Thank you🙏

my husband sat for an hour on his lunch break for his 11:40am appointment and had to knock on the door finally only for another patient to come out, the Dr said no apologies or explanations.
