I fill several prescriptions regularly, and this CVS location has been absolutely outstanding. They are the only pharmacy that has consistently been able to get one of my prescriptions approved through my insurance, which saves me a significant amount of money every month. The pharmacists and staff are always kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating with my requests. They go above and beyond to help, and you can genuinely tell they care about their customers. This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with, and I truly appreciate the excellent service they provide every time.

Walked up at 7:58 (I checked because I knew they closed at 8). No line. The pharmacist and the tech both saw me. They waited until 8:02 and told me they were closed. Said the system shuts down. No I’m sorry or anything. Switching to their neighbor, Walgreens who closes at 10, immediately. Bye!

I cannot say enough great things about Jessica and the exceptional staff at this pharmacy. From the moment you approach the counter, you're greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a true commitment to customer care. Jessica is simply outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond, even in challenging situations. On multiple occasions, she personally contacted my insurance company and doctor to resolve issues with my prescription, saving me time, stress, and money. She consistently takes the time to help me find ways to save on my medication without compromising on quality. Her dedication to ensuring my prescriptions are in stock and available when I need them has been an immense relief. It's clear that Jessica truly cares about her patients and their well-being, and her compassionate approach makes all the difference. The rest of the team is just as remarkable. A special shoutout to Marqueeta and Ethan, who are incredibly efficient, organized, and friendly. They create a welcoming atmosphere that sets this pharmacy apart. Whether it’s handling refills, following up on orders, or answering questions—either in person or over the phone—they manage everything with care and precision. They ALWAYS greet me with a smile and make me feel like a valued customer. What really stands out is how proactive and attentive Jessica and her team are. They take the time to double-check prescriptions, notify me about potential delays, and, on countless occasions, have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule to ensure I have my medications when I need them most. Their teamwork and dedication to providing exceptional service are nothing short of impressive. It's rare to find a pharmacy team so dedicated to their patients. Every time I visit, I feel genuinely cared for and valued. If you’re looking for a pharmacy with a skilled, compassionate pharmacist like Jessica and a dedicated team (shoutout again to Marqueeta and Ethan), this CVS is the place to go!

Excellent personal and professional care at CVS North Hills Target Pharmacy. This team, Dr. Patel, Jennifer and assistants take their time to ask, listen and take care of questions, communication that is necessary to access medications to the best of their ability and seamless. So much fun, positive, impactful and empowering!!!
