This would be the second time the Pharmacist Randy has not used his bedside manner or any customer service skills. I need to get a certain medication shipped due to the harm that it can cause others. I am in commutation with the CVS refill department when this medication needs to be refilled so I know when it will arrive and at which CVS. Today when trying to pick it up instead of listening to me they acted as if I don't know what I am talking about (they have also lost this medication before). Then Randy basically threw at me. So please be aware that you will not get any customer service from this location.

I recently visited CVS Pharmacy and left feeling extremely disappointed. While checking out, I observed a Caucasian customer ahead of me receiving assistance with multiple coupons and discounts from the cashier, who actively searched for savings on her behalf. However, when it was my turn — and even for the customer behind me, who was also a person of color — no such assistance or effort was offered. There was no mention of available coupons, discounts, or savings opportunities at all. As a longtime customer, this experience was disheartening and made me feel overlooked and treated differently. Every customer should receive the same level of service, courtesy, and assistance regardless of race or background. CVS has to do better when it comes to ensuring fairness, consistency, and inclusivity in customer service. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Pharmacy workers are terrible ,especially the two heavy set women in the front at drop off and pick up window. They should not be the first ones seen coming into an environment as such. Their attitudes and the way they speak to customers is not professional and it’s unacceptable. Please get better people working in that store. I will never go there again.

What a terrible experience in this place.Today I tried to pay at the self check out but then I realized it only accepted cards.I then proceeded to check out to the register and a woman name ARIEL was the cashier.She then scanned my item that it was $10 .I had gave her $20 then she proceeds to give me $1.25 cents Then I start looking at her confused because my change was $10. then I immediately ask her where is my change then she starts saying I already gave it to you in her mind she had gave it to me but she did not.Then she starts going back and forth with me saying I gave you your money back and I knew she had not.She keeps refusing to give me my change.then I see another lady on the other cashier then I ask her could she come help me since ms Ariel was going crazy .She then comes and I explain to her that I needed my change back she then tells me give me a second and let me go count the money see if is over some $.she comes back and she tells me yes it is over some money here IS YOUR CHANGE BACK HONEY .I said I knew it then ariel continues to walk away still arguing and saying profundity .What a terrible experience with this person name ARIEL.She had the wrong one today cause I sure know how much my change was.Her intentions were to steal from me and cvs.I wonder how much this person has stolen from others.This is very sad and unprofessional thanks God there was a honest cashier that backed me up.Terrible customer service from ms ARIEL the cashier anx very unpleasant

Victoria helped me so much! I needed a passport photo urgently and she was quick and efficient! Will come back because of her. 10/10
