If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I absolutely hate this pharmacy. They send text saying your prescription is ready, but when you get there it’s NEVER ready and always an excuse. I’m sick of it and will take my business elsewhere. I can’t do it anymore! If this was an isolated incident it would be one thing but it’s EVERY single time I get here. I can’t come in the AM or PM same issues. It could be the Spring or Winter.. same chaos. Long lines inside and in drive thru (see picture). They are so unorganized! Walgreens here I come! If you have a choice do not choose this pharmacy.. you will be disappointed!

I called in a prescription and waited a couple of days to pick up. I was the only customer at the time and told the pharmacist that I called in a prescription but was told I will need to return around 5 pm. I told the pharmacist I would be working, he then said I can come back the following day. I expressed that I needed the medication and reiterated it was called in 2 days ago. He showed no concern and did not offer to fill the prescription while I was there. His response was we have a lot of prescriptions to fill. He was very dismissive. I will be using another pharmacy.

I arrived at the Pharmacy (inside the store) and entered my information in the system to retrieve my prescription. Mind you, I was the only person waiting inside with at least 3 or 4 Pharmacist behind the counter. There was no acknowledgment from the workers at least saying we will be right with you. It wasn’t until I walked away and the Supervisor (female) stated we will be right we you. I left the store. Yes this is truly the worst Pharmacy and if I could give a rating of a zero this store would definitely get it!!

I was in Raleigh visiting for a concert and had forgotten to pack a couple of items. There were two younger black women working. The young woman that checked me was super kind and gave me such a beautiful compliment. I needed that kindness at that moment. I left feeling beautiful and confident. I did not get her name but wanted to be sure she got her flowers 💐 Visited this location Friday, September 19th between 7-7:30pm.

This CVS is so trashy outside and there's a good chance you'll witness "in your face" shoplifting. It's by far the closest drug store to our home but we do not go just out of safety concerns. A store that doesn't care about retail theft does not deserve my business or my money.
