The woman regularly working the pharmacy drive thru window is always really mean. Whenever I go I can expect she is going to be rude and seem beyond annoyed that I am there. I used to have a pleasant experience here but the past few times she has been hostile and almost hateful.

Kristy Adam’s was super rude to me and would not fill my daughter’s prescription after I came up here twice with the prescription. Then she proceeded to come argue with me instead of filling the prescription when she saw I was not going away. Worst experience here ever. That picture is the prescription I was given and at the bottom it says electronically signed by Triva Fridley. Who when I went back said she would not sign it because it was already signed and Kristy would not do her job. I will be going to the board about her racist actions.

I swear it’s like the people that work at these big pharmacy’s hate their jobs and the customers. Most of them seem miserable and try wielding their power to fill your medicine over your head. All these big chain pharmacy’s suck. I don’t know if it’s because the employees don’t get paid enough or if they’re just insufferable people. Someone needs to do better.

Very Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at this CVS location. I entered the store to purchase over-the-counter flu medication and proceeded to use the self-checkout. As I approached, an employee noticed me and turned away rather than offering assistance. During checkout, the system prompted that identification was required. A tall Caucasian male employee approached and, in a rude and hostile tone, demanded, “Where is your ID?” I calmly explained that I did not have it on me at that moment. Before I could finish speaking, he abruptly stated, “Well, go get it.” I paused, then went to retrieve my ID. When I returned and presented it, the employee snatched my wallet from my hand, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstance and violates basic standards of customer service and personal respect. I immediately told him not to grab my belongings. When I asked for his name, he stated it was Thomas and then told me to “get out of the store.” Feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, I left and went to another store to purchase my items. This was not an isolated incident, which makes the situation even more concerning. I used to enjoy shopping at CVS, but due to this repeated behavior and the unprofessional conduct I experienced, this will be my last visit. I will not tolerate disrespect in any form, regardless of the situation. The employee’s behavior was rude, hostile, and inappropriate. If CVS finds this type of conduct acceptable from someone representing its brand, I do not. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

So I drop off medicine bottle at drive through windows and said I need this filled. She attempted to give me bottle back after taking order and I tell her you can show away. I only brought the bottle because I'm completely out and wanted to make sure I filled the correct prescription. The next day I go through drive through and pick it up only to find out it wasn't the right prescription. Went to website and re-order and received message on app will be ready after 1pm. Arrive 1:15 on my lunch break and lady at drive through states it won't be ready until after 2pm. I say are you sure I received message it would be ready. I can just wait. She walked away and comes back it will be after 2pm. I work 15 minutes away and get a text. It's ready for pickup. Customer service is very important with Walgreens across the street.
