A group of African American boys came in after school and Erin promptly told Jeff to go to the aisle they were on so he could harass and watch them. I was a first hand eye witness to racial discrimination right before my eyes. Not surprised when I saw other comments stating racism. I will be reporting this to corporate. Hatred and racial profiling is why we’re in the mess we’re in today. Those two need to be replaced STAT preferably with someone of color. Shame on you CVS.

quick, efficient, professional and friendly! love using the app for Rx updates. I pull up a barcode when I arrive to drive thru, staff member scans and retrieves medicine. If I call the number, I receive a call-back quickly. Lines are never very long. I prefer using a local pharmacy vs. a chain (shout out to Springfield Pharmacy) but sometimes need a chain. This CVS hits the mark of feeling like a local pharmacy, with a personalized feel.

I honestly haven't had bad experiences with the pharmacy itself. They have a new aggressively bad phone menu that borders on hostile. Instead of being able to press buttons to eventually connect to the pharmacy, you have to guess the words to get out of the phone menu. It's like they cannot conceive that someone could possibly call and want a new prescription filled. The only thing that the automated system keeps trying to do is redirect you to refill or prescription status. You have to either know to say talk to pharmacist, or just spend 5 minutes running the system in loops until it accidentally mentions you can say talk to pharmacist. Even then, you used to be able to talk to the pharmacy, and now you can only leave a message and hope they call you back.

Was confronted by store manager Jeff because he thought I stole. He followed me around the store and presented no evidence. Racial profiling at its finest. Red Bulls are tasty Jeff; just not good enough to steal.
