I had a great experience at this CVS on Capital Blvd and want to highlight Shelia for her outstanding service. She was fast, efficient, and handled everything with a great attitude. She helped me very quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. It’s refreshing to meet staff who truly care about customers and take their job seriously. Thank you, Shelia, for your professionalism and kindness, it really made a difference.

They are very racist. I came for my son fever’s medication this early morning. I tried to ask the women who came out of the pharmacist area but she said “I don’t talk to you” and came to gossip with the cashier and another shopping women. They kept talking and ignored me who want to find some Tylenol for my son. Then when the shopping women step out so I could talk with the cashier, she was very rude just say “ number 16”, I said did you move stuffs there I did see it there she still said same 2 words even without another words “number 16”. If you don’t want to work then quit your job to leave chance of jobs for others. It was today at 7:30 am 03/17/26

What an awful pharmacy and management. First of all they don't answer the phone ever. Inside the store you have to enter your information on a kiosk (they do not want to talk to you at all) the kiosk only lets you pickup one at a time so if you have multiple pickus Then you have to flag down one of the unfriendly pharmacists and god forbid Kelly is there. She she has a terrible attitude and will not listen when you try to explain why the kiosk isn't working. Instead she'll just shout over you and repeat "USE THE KIOSK".

My family and I have been going to this store for decades. Never before has it been the absolute mess that it is now. Blows my mind, I've worked customer service my whole life and it's frankly pathetic how poorly this place is run. The Pharmacy is the worst offender, at no other have I experienced such unprofessional and disorganized behavior. Been this way for over a yr now. Constantly taking forever to get meds, misplacing them, giving wrong info, letting ppl sit in the drive-thru, being short and rude, clearly not knowing what they're doing, the list goes on. Just a bit ago I was in the drive-thru which said it was open and sat there for over 10 min before this guy finally comes up after pressing the call button a third time, and still doesn't even speak, just quickly puts up a "Drive-Thru Closed" sign. I come inside and the line is 7ppl long, I'm still waiting in it 20min later as I write this. Not even close to the first time it's happened. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store in it's entirety. Edit: I just want to clarify that the ladies at the register do not seem to be the problem, esp whoever showed up and clocked in right before I got to the counter she's a hidden gem. Seems like the pharmacists are the problem, like almost every time i see the guy who was there tonight there's a problem and extra slow service. They *are* understaffed as well which makes everything worse, prob the root of the issues
