This used to be the best pharmacy! It used to be 24 hours. It used to have a pharmacist staffed during normal business hours. I've tried calling for days without being able to reach a live person. If the AI can't figure out your needs, it disconnects the call. I went in person to try to resolve my medication issue, except the entire pharmacy now takes lunch at the same time. I work FT too, and if I was "at lunch", there would be someone available to assist in my absence. The lack of customer service or the ability to reach a live, qualified, person has made my decision to go somewhere else easy. This business approach will drive more customers away.

While, I like shopping at CVS. I do not enjoy picking up my prescription from the pharmacist and it is due an ornery old black lady (around 70+) who has gray and black braids/locs in her hair. She is very mean and unprofessional. She has no customer service skills. She always look angry and mad and impatient each time I’ve gone there. Why are you there? If you cannot be pleasant and polite to customers? You should realize that people are picking up a prescription for a reason, perhaps not feeling well or they’re picking up for a family member who isn’t feeling well and your personality is nothing to be desired. Not only has my experience been negative, but today I saw her impatience with someone else. And she spoke to them as they were a child, even though they were an adult. CVS do better!

Whoever was working the pharmacy last night you guys are amazing and saved me! Truly thank you. First of all I had a horrible experience at the Walgreens across the street from having teeth extracted and waiting since noon for my prescription to be filled just to find out 8 hours later they never typed it up and could no longer give it to me. Add that in with the horrible customer service and wait time over the phone, I gave up and thought I wasn’t going to get my meds and I was in terrible pain. Decided to give CVS a shot and wow! Came about an a hour before the pharmacy closed and they filled my prescription in less than an hour!! You guys are great. The gentleman who was there last night was very kind and understanding, because of you sir I went to bed painless! So thank you and to the kind pharmacist as well! CVS will be seeing me from this point forward!

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with the service at this CVS Pharmacy. My wife’s doctor sent her prescription around 8:30–9:00 AM. We received a notification confirming they got it. Shortly after, we received another message saying the medication was out of stock and that they would order it and have it very soon. We waited the entire day expecting it to arrive since the notification said it would be available soon. Around 4:30–5:00 PM, I went to the pharmacy to check on it. While the staff were talking among themselves, one employee said they actually had the medication in stock and questioned why we were told it wasn’t available. So we were told it was out of stock and being ordered, but in reality, it was already there. That misinformation wasted an entire day of our time. Then I was told to wait 20 minutes for it to be prepared. After more 50 minutes, it was still not ready. This level of miscommunication and disorganization especially when it concerns someone’s health is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS drive-through. I was simply picking up a prescription for my baby, who was crying in the car, and was met with a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. The staff was disorganized, unresponsive, and frankly disrespectful. There was no sense of urgency, care, or basic customer service, especially given that this involved a child’s medication. This location feels poorly managed, and the experience left me with zero confidence in relying on them for something as important as healthcare. I will not be returning and strongly encourage others to think twice before depending on this CVS. Your time, energy, and peace of mind matter.
