The pharmacist are so unbelievably rude. I have watched them be disrespectful to the elderly patients twice on two separate occasions. On both occasions the older gentleman were confused by the new computer systems. Instead of helping the older patients they embarrassed them. The first time it was apparent to me that the man couldn't read, he was trying to give them his name and they said use the computer system. He looked at me to help but I didn't want to violate his privacy by asking his personal information. They finally looked up his name after some much unnecessary back and forth. The second time there was an elderly gentleman in front of me trying to balance on a cane after knee surgery. He had his id out and he looked like he was in pain. They refused to look up his name by ID and continued to berate him and tell him he had to use the computer system. He looked at me and asked for help so I had to step in, ask him if he needed a chair and the pharmacist was like he's probably at the wrong location. His advice was that the older man should go check another cvs. I slid that man's id over and said look it up now. He did and guess what it was that simple. This behavior is ridiculous for people in healthcare and customer service!!!! I as a customer have more compassion than they do! That is terrible! 😞

The staff is always helpful and professional no long wait times and there’s always a sale or discount on items throughout the store.

This is just like every other pharmacy. They care nothing about the people. I am proactive; I call ahead to verify my Rx is in stock for the next day. I'm told yes, it's available, no problem! Four days later I'm still waiting because they are out of stock and the delivery is delayed. They say someone else must have gotten the same Rx and they ran out. I say that's fine, why didn't you order more since I had called and you had my prescription waiting to be filled? They babble about not being able to order until they were completely out. Now I'm completely out of my medication and all they say is "there's nothing they do." They don't have to care because we have to go back if we want medication.

The pharmacy team should go learn how to speak to customers when the customer is there. They didn't say anything to me.

Always a very long wait to get my meds.Check out is so time consuming and difficult to use.Large screen facing those standing behind you ,can see everything you do.
