I was absolutely livid when I left this pharmacy yesterday. For the second time that I have personally witnessed age discrimination by a pharmacist at this location. There was an old man with a cane struggling to stand and figure out the new computer system. He looked at me and said I just had knee surgery and I'm struggling to stand. I asked him if he needed a chair to which he said no I just want to give them my name so I can get my prescription. The pharmacist continued to give him a hard time claiming he couldn't look up his name unless he physically typed it in. I know this new system is designed for efficiency but if an older person cannot figure it out the pharmacist should be there to assist. He then told the guy I can't find it maybe you're at the wrong cvs. The poor man looked at me and said I know it's here I already called. At that point I stepped in and said look at this mans ID and find his prescription! He found it right away and blamed the older gentleman for misspelling his last name. That old man couldn't see the screen and he could barely stand. I cannot believe this rude pharmacist wasn't willing to be more helpful. I don't even work there and I was trying to help him. I've witnessed this twice now. The last time I don't think the elderly man could read and he was confused and embarrassed. The computers are great and I'm sure most people don't have an issue but yall need to have way more patience, understanding and compassion ESPECIALLY dealing with sick people that just want their meds!!!!

Pharmacy review: Since the pharmacy renovation was completed it’s terrible. Somehow our previous prescriptions aren’t covered and if you want to talk to a pharmacist you have to yell out questions because the pharmacist sits at this desk 20 away while the other staff members deal with customers. It’s weird to shout your family info out like that. They also are difficult with vet prescriptions. This has happened each time I’ve gone which is unfortunate because this location is so close to my house. We are relocating.

This is one of my favorite pharmacy. I have never had an issue and the pharmacist is always GREAT! They always always helpful and do what they can to help me!! LOVE THIS PHARMACY!!

This pharmacy isn’t great at all, I suggest you change locations. Medication will will you it’s ready just for you to waste your time to get here and be told it’s not ready or pick it up the following day.

Dropped in at this location on 11-9-25 about 2:40 to purchase gum. Only to realize along with a couple of customers in front of me that the lady cashier was leaving for the day as we stood in line..lol. I don't know what that was about. I decided to go elsewhere.
