Apparently CVS has decided you can no longer call the pharmacy and can only use the AI assistant. You can leave a voicemail for a call back but no one ever calls. I tried leaving a voicemail twice and and used the message feature in the cvs caremark app and still never heard anything. Insurance would not cover a prescription and I was going to pay out of pocket but I could not get ahold of anyone to have them go ahead and fill it so ive had all my prescriptions transferred elsewhere.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this CVS Pharmacy location. My psychiatrist sent over multiple prescriptions on November 25th, including my ADHD and anxiety medications, which is essential for my daily functioning. Despite clear confirmation from my psychiatrist’s office, who I waited 20 minutes on the phone with, the pharmacy continues to insist they never received one of the prescriptions. This is simply not true, and it has caused unnecessary stress and delays in getting the medication I rely on. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but miscommunication and lack of accountability when it comes to essential prescriptions is unacceptable. This experience has made me lose trust in this location’s reliability and professionalism.

CVS on Central and Eastway have excellent associates and customer service!! They are very knowledgeable, kind & helpful at the front of the story and pharmacy! The man who often helps the Pharmacy window is incredibly kind , helpful and efficient!! Am grateful for them !!!

Store hours say this pharmacy is open until 9 PM, but they closed early at 8:08 PM with no notice or explanation. I went specifically to pick up my medication and was unable to do so because of this. Needless to say, closing early without warning is dangerous, as people depend on timely access to their medication. If hours are going to change, customers should be notified in advance.

Every time I try to pick up medication at this pharmacy it’s been a hassle. This last time was my final straw. I can at 4:25pm to pick up a prescription, they told me to return in 20-30 minutes to pick it up. I returned at 5pm, and went through the drive through. The pharmacist told me to come inside because it would be “quicker that way”. I came inside, waited in line, just to be told it will be done “in a few minutes” as I had been multiple times before. At this point it is 5:40pm. The dishonestly and disregard for customers is ridiculous.
