This is one of the worst pharmacy i have ever been too .Both the pharmacist and staff have bad attitudes and poor customer service .Over a misunderstanding in procedure and because I questioned why a white women that walked up out of the blue was serviced first .I was unaware that their was a new sign in procedure,because i never utilized the new system ,but instead of polightly explaining the new process .I was met with hostility and attitudes by both women. I understand now why their rating is so low ,I do not recommend this location to if you value being treated with respect.

i don’t recommend going to this pharmacy, the workers act like they don’t know what they’re doing and ignore you wanting to ask a question as if you weren’t standing there for 15 minutes. super unprofessional and trashy.

The phone call is abysmal I know it’s not this specific CVS but like I don’t want to talk to a robot I want to talk to a real person. Once I went in the pharmacists working on October 9th 2025 at 6pm were awful they ignored me after “trying” to help me but they didn’t actually do anything. When I told them I had a prescription sheet they said since it wasn’t physical they couldn’t confirm it was real. They have horrible customer service no wonder they have to review the CVS themselves to make them seem like actually decent human beings. Fact of the matter is the are horrible I needed a life saving medication and they essentially refused to help me.

I love this CVS location. Their order ahead is flawless. Example: I place a pick up order at 8:48 am. I received an email at 8:55am that my order was ready for pick up! And this is how it is every time I place an order. The front desk is always very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. Great customer service. Thank you

Believe every bad review about this pharmacy!!!! The pharmacist Adriana in particular is very unprofessional and rude I called yesterday to have my daughter's profile and prescription filled I was told that it would be done. Which in fact was never done. I walked into the pharmacy waiting for about an hour for it to be transferred. Instead of taking accountability and simply apologizing that it was not transferred nor filled Adriana had the audacity to argue and go back and forth with me in a cussing and screaming match telling me to be quiet when I was not even talking to her But her colleague who asked me what was I waiting on. I will also be calling corporate as well as going back in the morning to speak to the supervisor. Something has and will be done about horrible employees such as her.
