This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever worked with. Not only are the employees in the pharmacy rude, they are extremely unhelpful and inconsistent. I've received a variety of incongruent answers when calling to address the same issue. Staff responds with a complete lack of professionalism when confronted with their own mistakes. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from a team responsible for providing life saving medications. They should be ashamed of the way they treat people.

I'm very glad I stopped at this CVS today to pick up a few items. The store was nice and clean, I believe it has all types of items you would be looking for at a drugstore and the staff members were helpful and friendly. Thanks CVS!

tons fo one star reviews here. I'm guessing corporate doesn't care about reputation scoring when you corner the market on pharma. Its really a shame. The associates act as if it is a CHORE to be helpful to sick people. MIND YOU THEY FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION. I don't want the generic reply to this post, but I do plan on doing some further digging to communicate with someone on the corporate side in reference to this location specifically. If there aren't any need for helpful associates and better customer service, i'm certain you all would be better off just closing this location altogether. A Chick-fila would do wonders on that corner.

Took medication card to be filled by pharmacy and a few meds to the counter. Five people (that I could count working in the pharmacy). No one acknowledge me for at least two minutes. One lady in a white jacket said “take your stuff to the front to check out”. When she came back, I waved the med card and said I need to get a medication. She never acknowledged me, she just told another worker in the back somebody “go to the counter”. I stood there and was being checked out and asked the person checking me out if she could apply my discount. She snarkily replied “you should’ve told me that in the beginning”. Although she is right….. when you’re sick, you’re not thinking straight. But the last thing you need, is somebody to be rude and condescending to you. I never did get my discount and I asked if I could get a refund and was told no. Absolute worst customer service I have seen in ages. If zero stars was an option, I would give zero stars.

The pharmacy is WHOLLY inadequate on a regular basis--meds not in stock, pharmacy techs CURSING amongst themselves, and, they are consistently slow and rude. I gave up on the pharmacy years ago. But, EVERYTHING about this store is subpar. Expired products, INVISIBLE employees, and, prices are higher, on average. The store doesn't conform to it's own posted hours of operation, and, vagrants are allowed to loiter by the doors, day and night. I avoid EVERY CVS, but this one is abysmal and no one cares, be assured. I am happy to drive to Cotswold's Harris Teeter for the invariably EXCELLENT pharmacy AND for excellent service and products. Save the aggravation, and, AVOID this place.
