One star is GENEROUS. I went in to pick up a prescription that had already been filled. There were 4 employees behind the desk. I waited 15 minutes - until I could not wait any longer. My infant was about to lose it on me. Not one of the 4 employees came to assist me, until I let them know that I couldn’t take it and had to leave. And, surprise, my prescription had been ready the entire time and was just waiting on someone to check me out. The employees here (including the pharmacist) are lazy and inept. I’ve never encountered a more inefficiently run pharmacy in my life. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Another reason to choose your local pharmacy.

I hope nobody experiences like me. I went to this location to drop my prescription paper and came back 24hrs later prescription not fulfilled. Waited 30 minutes, picked up and went home. It has missing item. Came back the next day asked it has missing item. They said yes like nothing happened. Remember the past day, nobody told me it has missing item when I picked up. I asked if I can get a refund , for the one of the over counter products; denied. I said please do better for the next customer, I got shrugged. Never again to this place.

Every time I go they are CLOSED FOR LUNCH. So, beware. They close for 2 hours around or after lunch. Not like they could STAGGER the staff, like other businesses do. They ALL have to leave for two hours. I’ve started going to AVANT pharmacy. They DELIVER FOR FREE! That’s right…AVANT pharmacy delivers for FREE.

I stopped by to pick up a prescription today and the pharmacy staff had it ready to go. I was in and out in 5 minutes but when I got in my car to leave I discovered my battery was dead. I went back inside to ask the staff if I’d get towed/booted if I left and came back for it later. Hope told me that she had jumper cables in her car and that she’d be happy to give me a jump. The customer service that I experienced today was remarkable. Thank you so much, Hope!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS pharmacy location. I arrived just a few minutes before their scheduled lunch closing time to pick up a prescription that had already been filled. Unfortunately, the staff informed me they could not give it to me because they still had to run my insurance, which would take about 10 minutes. While I understand that breaks are important, it’s frustrating that no one on the team could take turns for lunch to accommodate patients with time-sensitive needs. As I was trying to explain my situation, they began closing the window—mid-conversation—which felt incredibly dismissive and rude. This wasn’t my first issue with this location. I’ve been trying to get this prescription filled for two weeks, but have run into constant roadblocks due to their rigid systems and lack of clear communication. Finally, when I was close to getting what I needed, I faced yet another barrier. The pharmacy staff I interacted with were not flexible, courteous, empathetic, or even remotely concerned about my health and well-being. Their behavior made it clear that customer care is not a priority here. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this CVS for any future pharmacy needs.
