My review that was sent directly to CVS: Today’s experience at CVS was honestly very disappointing. I stopped in to grab a Mother’s Day card and was immediately overwhelmed by an absolutely horrible odor throughout the store — it smelled like wet carpet that had been sitting damp for weeks. The smell was so strong and unpleasant that it made shopping uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The Mother’s Day card section was almost completely wiped out and clearly needed to be replenished, which was frustrating considering how close we are to the holiday. The checkout experience was the biggest issue. The lines at the front were extremely long. There were two employees working the registers, but the checkout process moved very slowly. To make matters worse, there were two self-checkout machines, but one was completely broken with signs posted all over it, leaving only one available for customers. I mentioned my concerns to the gentleman at the register and was simply told to call “1-800-CVS to complain.” He also mentioned that the broken self-checkout register has apparently been out of service for TWO YEARS, which is honestly unbelievable for a high-traffic CVS location. This store gets a tremendous amount of customer traffic, and there’s no reason the experience shouldn’t be much better maintained. CVS really needs to address: * The terrible odor in the store * Restocking inventory more consistently, especially around holidays * Repairing broken self-checkout equipment * Improving checkout speed and customer service responses This location has the potential to be great, but today’s experience was far below expectations.

Rude employees These 2 people were extremely rude and disrespectful towards my mom and I My mom had some trouble finding something and ask this guy for help, he came but it was very noticeable that he was really annoyed, my mom started explaining what she wanted to get and he didn’t understand her and gave an attitude, when my mom turned to check something he pointed at her and started laughing with his other coworker ( the girl in the picture), he gave my a bad look and started watching TikTok’s on his phone then he left We ended up just going to get deodorant, but we needed help to get it because it was looked up, my mom was still really upset about the attitude the guys had so I was the one who went over and ask for help, and instantly he gave me the nicest attitude ever, he followed me but when he saw that my mom was there he started having an attitude again We’re both Hispanic but my mom has tanned skin and accent and I have white skin and no accent I fully believe this was another case of discrimination towards a Hispanic person, we’ve been here before and he always has attitude with my mom and gives her weird looks

I went in the other night with my partner to grab something that we needed. the thing we needed was locked up and we had to press the button to get help and the person that came over mouthed under there breathe something and had an attitude. I didn't care I understand bad days happen. Then when were about check out and I realized the self check out didn't take cash. Then we went to the normal checkout and this person slammed down whatever they had and had a attitude the whole time. The checkout took less then 2 minutes by the way. We were in there on Tuesday night it was a little after 10pm maybe close to 10:30. We were in there for a max 5 minutes.

I have used this pharmacy for several years on and off. I feel like this store seems short staffed and has been for years (even prior to Covid). The pharmacy can definitely develop long lines during peak times and the staff seem slow to check people out to keep the line moving. The restocking of this store always seems quite slow. I have noticed many items out of stock for what seems like a month or more. There is a Red Box located right outside the store. This store has two self check out registers, which is convenient.

Please fix the automated message problem. Sometimes we’re calling into the pharmacy for a generic question to the pharmacist not being forced to put in our date of birth to fill a prescription. Won’t let us navigate away from the system in order to ask a generic question. Then you put your date of birth in and they say there’s no prescription out of this phone number and won’t put the call through. Come on guys.
