Worst experience ever. Nobody was in line at the pharmacy. One guy was at the window helping someone. The lady was what looked like stocking couldn't even say I'll be right with you. I walked out. I'll get my medicine later? Even if I don't recommend this place people still need their medicine.

I had a truly unacceptable experience with a CVS employee named Amanda. When I called about a simple prescription transfer, she became immediately rude, started shouting during the conversation, and then hung up on me. This is absolutely unprofessional behavior, especially in a pharmacy where people rely on patience, clarity, and support. If someone cannot treat customers with basic respect, they should not be working in a role that deals directly with people’s health needs. CVS should seriously address this issue—patients deserve staff who are patient, respectful, and willing to help. This behavior was shocking and completely inappropriate

Everyone seemed very helpful and organized. Letting you know when they received the prescription from the provider and are very quick at filling your order and letting you know when it is ready to pick up..

Pharmacy staff is great as well as the front store staff! Always friendly and helpful.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this location. The operations manager Matt canceled by photo order that was paid for in advance stating that he could not get a hold of me. He did not leave a voicemail. He stated that he needed to confirm the order because it was a lot of photos however the photos were paid for. He also claimed he had cancelled the order and I should receive a refund. That was a false statement when I called corporate they explained that he cancelled the order but did not call for the refund to be initiate. I had to spend an extra hour on the phone waiting for them to do this. So all around he was being lazy and did not do his job. When I asked if he could print them now for me to pick up he said no it would take hours, so he didn't care to help me in any way. He cost me time and made my day terrible as these photos were very important as court case exhibits. The store manager Ed called me back and he was not sympathetic and when he asked me questions about my experience and I would try to answer he cut me off. He didn't care that I said I would no longer be returning to a CVS for any type of services and stated that his employee was valuable. He also said that I wasn't telling the truth about what happened because one of Matt's buddies that answered the phone when I called back gave a different statement. Glad to know what kind of business these "managers" are running at this store. I would stay far away from this place. His last statement to me was to turn it around on me and say I'm sure you have had bad days and tell me to call his district manager and then hang up on me. It's too bad there aren't people who care about their customer service anymore.
