Lost a medication while on a road trip and they were incredibly kind even though they were busy and they got it ready super fast for me since we were driving!

The pharmacist was not proactive in finding a solution when the dosage for a prescription was increased and we did not have sufficient supply and needed an additional refill. The pharmacist just told us it wasn't possible because it was too soon for a refill - but when pushed was able to enter an override code to get the refill early - but it took 3 visits and a phone call to get to that point.

The pharmacy staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They are very conscientious about getting the refills we need and special ordering medications. They know my whole family (and many other customers) by name and greet me when I am shopping at Target even if I do not stop by the pharmacy. This pharmacy is not the closest to my house, but we drive a bit further for the great care and service. Strongly recommend.

Wow!!!! after spending much time calling the competitors pharmacies, I spoke with QT at the Louisiana CVS pharmacy. She was super helpful in finding me an egg-free flu vaccine. The staff was kind and helpful. This is my new pharmacy! I’m so glad I found them!
